  Have had a Kia since 2015 and have enjoyed them all. Just recently purchased a 2026 K5 GT, so far, love it!!! The service dept is great and knowledgeable, the sales dept is always friendly and not pressuring into a sale. Finance dept is also great!! Midwest Kia is exceptional!! Our salesman was Marcus, professional and entertaining.

  Great experience buying our new 2026 Kia Setos S. No pressure at all. In fact, when we were thinking about upgrading to the SX trim level, but after discussing with the salesman Anthony, we all decided the "S" trim level would be a better fit for our usage and budget. Loved that we didn't hear, " What would it take to get you in this car today?" Very refreshing! They also understood we were waiting on an insurance settlement and worked with us to complete the buying process before we actually received the settlement. Kudos to Anthony and Sylvia for our best car buying experience yet! Highly recommend Midwest Kia.

  We had an outstanding experience working with Zach! He helped our family purchase a 2027 Kia Telluride and also helped our daughter find the perfect 2026 Kia Sportage. From start to finish, Zach was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we understood every step of the process, and worked hard to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Zach made it easy. His professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for his customers really stood out.   Road Tripping!

  I bought a Kia last year. The car buying experience was as expected. Once purchased, I was just another customer among a sea of people. I contacted Kia recently with the goal of trading into a larger SUV. They offered thousands and thousands below KBB. Valuing my 2025 SX-X very low. It’s in perfect condition. I was shocked at the lack of interest to make a sale. Initially, I was told I would be “close” to expected trade value but the salesman working with me couldn’t keep me straight with others he was talking to. Texting me my title was available (confusing me with someone else). I was fully prepared to trade into a Telluride but sadly, there was no support or meaningful engagement to make it even a couple steps forward. Very disappointing. As far as their service center. Friendly customer support but be prepared for extensive wait times. I waited 2.5 hours for my last oil change after being advised it would be 60-90 minutes.

  Anthony was an amazing sales representative. He was very knowledgeable and guided us to the perfect vehicle for us. He took the time to show me everything about this vehicle and even called me after the sale days later to make sure I was happy and if I had any questions or concerns. Great company! I love my KIA Family!
