  My salesman Jaxxsen was great! Eli was persistent getting me the financing I needed and made it happen! John helped wrap my brand new Sonata up pretty for me with all the final paperwork. Them guys know their stuff! (If you work with John he appreciates snacks-he never gets time to eat lol) It took a hot minute and we actually closed down the shop that night but the service was 10/10. I love my car and I'm so grateful they were able to help me. I made the mistake of falling for a gimmick (not a dime down) and I was drowning in the interest pool. These guys were amazing.   We purchased our car through Owen, who was super helpful. After our purchase he left several voicemails checking in, and I was really impressed with that level of customer service. However, three weeks after buying our car one of the rim caps came off, which in turn made one of the black rims come off. Didn't even notice it fell off the car and must have happened as I was driving. I instantly called Owen since he had checked in so many times. He said that I would have to order and pay for that. I told him that I was not interested in spending hundreds of dollars for something that so easily just fell off our new car. He said he would talk to his boss and get back to me about it. That was over a month ago and I still haven't heard from him. Had they taken care of that one thing, this would be a much different review. I am very unimpressed with their inability to remedy the situation. I don't expect a car with 19K miles on it to lose parts weeks after purchase. This is our second car purchased from Mike Miller and will unfortunately be our last.

  I purchased a 2026 Palisade from a neighboring dealership and had a notification to have the air flap checked shortly afterwards, since I needed to get set up with an actual dealership, I chose Mike Miller. I was very impressed the minute I walked through the door. My advisor Matt, was so nice, he kept me informed of everything as it progressed and they even made me aware of some recalls that needed done and did those too. The waiting room was nice and clean and very comfortable for those who have to wait, which is an added plus in my book. I highly recommend Mike Miller Hyundai for your needs. Thank you again Matt for taking care of me.

  I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years now. I originally had been in an accident, my car was demolished, and due to COVID, dealerships were very short on inventory. Mike Miller was the first to call me with a brand new Elantra, straight off the truck, and was not already spoken for. I purchased it on the spot, and they held it until the insurance money came through (it could’ve been sold many times over before I actually picked it up!). To this day, I continue to drive to Peoria from Springfield for maintenance. I have always been treated well and had prompt service. Highly recommended!!

  No pressure sales! Thomas Edminster, at Mike Miller Auto Group, was great to work with and very knowledgeable of the models being sold. He went out of his way to get us the right options and best price for the vehicle we wanted. I highly recommend you ask for Thomas if you’re interested in purchasing a Hyundai vehicle.
