  Best car-buying experience I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, Joe Miller listened to exactly what I was looking for and worked within my budget to find the perfect vehicle for me. When it came time for financing, Ted Wilkins and Joe made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and easy to understand. They took the time to break down different loan options, monthly payment amounts, loan terms, and down payment scenarios so I could make an informed decision and choose a payment that worked best for my budget. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure and no attempts to upsell me on things I didn't want or need just to increase the price. Everyone was professional, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable with my purchase.   The customer service department was wonderful. I had my car towed there and they did the diagnostic and got back with me in a timely manner. The got it fixed quickly after they knew what was wrong. When they got ahold of me to tell me it was ready they explained everything to me again of what they did. When I picked it up they were very pleasant and thorough on process of what is next. When I got to my car they had put plastic on seats which I appreciated so they didn’t get anything on my seats and a floor mat cover. Very pleased with the service I received on my car in a short notice.
