  Ben Mohsen was an outstanding salesman! We absolutely love our 2027 Kia Telluride. From the moment we started driving it, the comfort really stood out — smooth ride, supportive seats, and a quiet cabin that makes every trip feel relaxing. The spaciousness is a huge plus, with plenty of room for passengers and cargo without ever feeling cramped. What truly surprised us is how luxurious it feels; the interior design, materials, and features rival vehicles that cost much more. Kia really nailed the balance of comfort, space, and upscale feel with this Telluride. Highly recommend

  My wife and I had one of the best experiences purchasing her 2023 Forester Wilderness from Mike Shaw Kia. My lovely bride despises the car buying process and would rather have wisdom teeth pulled (again) instead of going to a dealer. So I get to do recon for her, then if I like the vehicle she'll take a look. From the moment I arrived and looked at the car it was great! I was allowed to inspect the car and only until I asked our salesman Paul did we test drive. Paul was phenomenal from beginning to end. He allowed me to take an extended test drive to gauge how the ride was on roads she takes to work. He did the same test again with my wife.   Gabriel Bernal was fantastic! I went in unsure about trading in my car and he eased my mind and answered any and all questions I had. He educated me on the technology and features my new car has. He allowed me to discuss my options openly and helped me negotiate an affordable payment for my car. All in all I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your experience.

  The best car buying experience, highly recommended ! If you are looking to buy a vehicle, look for Christopher Daniels at Mike Shaw Kia. We traveled from Laredo and coordinated absolutely everything via messages before arriving. Christopher was an excellent salesman: attentive, efficient, and very professional, making sure the distance wasn't an obstacle at all. Purchasing our Sportage Hybrid with him was an amazing experience. Thank you for everything, Christopher!

  Highly recommend salesperson Sapnesh (Sunny) at Mike Shaw Kia. He’s all about the customer and made our car buying experience stress free. I would also like to thank the business manager Ryan Cuellar for working along side Sunny to help get us the best rate and payment possible. They were GREAT!! At the end the finance manager, Benjamin, made sure it was a smooth process. Thanks to them we upgraded from a K5 to a Sorento and we absolutely love it!!
