  Bought a trade in. Super easy and no stress sale. It never did get the cleaning like i was promised, even when I brought it back, they were busy. Just a bummer as I was really kinda excited about that. About a month later, I brought it in for a free oil change, which was awesome. They managed to patch up the AC and got it working, also gave me an honest quote on what it might cost to replace the parts. Very glad they were able to patch it for now. Although the carfax report they gave me lists the vehicle as having had its brakes checked priot to sale, the mechanic there told me I need all new rear brakes and soon. I love my minivan. Great deal for a luxery ride. Very comfortable showroom. Id give 5 stars if it wasnt for the missed needed brake repair and that it was never given a cleaning or detailing.

  Apparently don't take care of their EV charger as it won't go above 6.6 kwh even after 10 minutes. It advertised as 120kwh. They charge by the minute, so trying to make what they can.

  I have been having my service done here since I bought my car. They are easy to work with. They will help with a loaner car when needed. Or a ride back home if they are fitting your car in at some point in the day. Not many places do these things anymore. So I appreciate the services they provide.

  Pretty bummed I paid $40,000 for a diesel 2500. In the first half hour that I drove home, check engine light comes on. It's a blown turbo. They paid to have it fixed. First week I own it, nothing but 90° weather and check engine light comes on again. It's a glow plug. I had to argue with them to get them to pay for it. 2 weeks later, temp hasn't been below 85° and another glow plug and that caused another issue, the manager tried to argue and have me pay their cost. I did nothing wrong but had to pay $500 on top of the $40,000 for a vehicle that had obviously not been taken care of or inspected like I was promised it was...I will never buy a vehicle from this company again!! And yes I am a repeat customer but never again!!
