  I had a great experience working with Jim at Montrose KIA. Even though he’s only been there for about 8 months, you can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers and making the process smooth. He was patient, respectful, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured. Like anyone still growing in their role, there’s always room to improve, but his attitude and effort really stood out to me. That kind of customer service goes a long way. I appreciate his help and would definitely recommend asking for Jim if you stop by.

  My sales person was Jim, this guy was the nicest guy ever, he made me feel welcomed and he made sure I did not leave there unhappy, my biggest issue was the negative equity I had in my trade in, but the gave me the max plus more for its value and now I’m the owner of my very first brand new car, 2026 Kia Sorento! Thank you so much Jim, I’ll never forget this experience

  I don't recommend anyone to come here.. it's bad business me and my uncle just got a vehicle from here last then a month ago the sales rep said that it was in a fender bender but it was fixed but it was not fixed and the demons are still on the back end of the vehicle been fighting and arguing with these guys to fix it properly and they refuse to. That's not Fair to us that they lied about it.. you can see clearly with the pictures that the trunk does not even level up and you can see the big dent in it

  Paul Pay my man!! If anyone out there is looking to buy a car I highly recommend Paul, he doesn't pressure you.He just helps you get the car YOU want. Paul was very helpful, patient, and informative. When it comes to that final offer Paul goes to bat for you by getting the best payment he possibly can. Said it once I'll say it again Paul Pay is the man! Thank you again for such a great experience!

  I had a great experience today at Montrose Kia Sheffield! Forrest Daniel's worked with me until we found numbers I could live with and got me in a 2026!!! He was patient, kind and pleasant... as was everyone else I worked with. I'm so happy and excited about my 2026 Kia K4, kudos to Forrest and the test of the team that helped me walk out with my new car!!!!
