  Brendan was amazing and very patient with me. He wasn’t that pushy salesman or treat me like I’m an idiot like some salesmen in the past. I flip flopped on what vehicle I wanted several times and he was still so kind. He helped me get as much of the process done before we went in to meet with finance. We were in and out in about 2 hours. I think that was record timing from my past experiences, I would definitely purchase from Kia Moritz Alliance again and will ask for Brendan for sure. Great service!! Oh and this is my first Kia but I’m absolutely loving the Kia Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige. Great pick up to get on the highway, all the bells and whistles you could think of and so fun to drive!!

  Had a great experience at Kia alliance ! Thanks to John and dejan , there both very knowledgeable and straight to the point. I got all of my questions answered and got my first NEW car within a few hours of being there. Love the atmosphere and kindness. Definitely will recommend family and friends to come here to buy from. Yall need to go in and ask for John and dejan for the BEST DEALS 👏🏼 finally got my Kia K5 GT 🔥🔥🔥

  I had an amazing experience working with John while buying my first car! He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. What really made the experience special was that he even surprised me with a big red bow for photos when I got my car! It was such a thoughtful touch and made my first car-buying experience feel even more memorable. He also got all the best camera angles!! If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend John .   Matthew was very helpful, patient, and did everything he could to find the exact model and trim I wanted to take home that day. Even though he’s home schooled, he did a great job. (It’s a joke). I am very satisfied. Edited after 45 days: when I bought this car, I was told that they transferred my current custom license plate to the new car (printed paper in hand showing this), however I had still not received my registration sticker. I called them and they told me they haven’t submitted the paperwork for transfer because there was a registration fee still needing to be paid. This didn’t make sense to me because when I bought the car, everything should have been included like tax tile and license, etc. now they are claiming that they only cover “newly issued” license plates and not transferring a current custom plate. I had already paid my registration fees for my traded in and was never told I would have to pay an additional fee until now after realizing my registration sticker still hadn’t come. And at this point, I had to reach out to THEM to see what was going on. Then they sent me a link to pay $243.72 for them to actually submit the registration paperwork. According to the registration office, they had 30 days from the date of purchase to complete this and I didn’t hear a word. I really hope they make this right as I do not want to follow up with filing a complaint. The car is great, however, asking for additional fees AFTER the full purchase of the car seems off to me. Last edit: TJ from the dealership made things right and we are very appreciative of him reaching out and caring about our experience from beginning to end.

  I don’t often leave reviews, but our experience with Joseph Dalton at Moritz Kia in Alliance absolutely deserves one! After having a very disappointing experience with another Kia dealership in North Austin, my husband and I had honestly been turned off from the Kia brand altogether. We were expecting more of the same—bait and switch dishonesty, high-pressure sales tactics, endless haggling, and a stressful process that makes car buying something I normally dread because I simply do not have the patience for it. Joseph completely changed that. From the moment we met him, he was straightforward, honest, professional, and genuinely respectful of our time. There was no pressure, no games, and no back-and-forth negotiating that leaves you feeling exhausted. He answered every question honestly and made the entire process feel easy and transparent. Buying a vehicle is a major investment, and trust matters. Joseph earned ours from the very beginning, which after our previous experience wasn’t easy. Because of him, we not only felt confident in our purchase, but he also restored our confidence in the Kia brand after what had been such a negative experience elsewhere. We love our new Kia as well. After 30 years of driving a GMC, we made the switch to Kia, and it has also been an easy transition. It is roomy, easy to drive, and makes you feel like you’re driving in pure luxury! This was, without question, one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for someone who values integrity over gimmicks and treats customers with genuine courtesy and respect, ask for Joseph Dalton at Moritz Kia in Alliance. We couldn’t recommend him more highly. It was definitely worth the 3 hour drive to work with him and this dealership! Thank you, Joseph!
