  I had a great experience with Motor Werks Cadillac. The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. They were responsive, kept me informed throughout the process, and worked hard to resolve every concern I had with my Cadillac Lyriq. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I truly appreciate their dedication and attention to detail. It's clear they value their customers and stand behind their work. Thank you to everyone at Motor Werks Cadillac for your professionalism and commitment. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and a dealership that treats customers with respect.

  While this is my 4th MotorWerks car purchase, it will also be my last. Each purchase gets progressively worse, with more and more cheesy salesman tactics. I found a used AMG Mercedes model online. The salesman sent me a custom video that conveniently left out specific issues - a poorly remove wrap, a dash cam (which looked to be connected properly on the website) broken due to almost a malicious attempt to rip the connector out and break it, and front end damage that had allegedly confirmed to have been fixed, was not. I secured my own finance + cash preferred payment process in advance of purchase to make the deal as quick and smooth as possible. However, when I came in to sign paperwork, it became a barrage of warranty and up-sell packages from a finance person. They tried to negotiate my monthly payment with these items, like I’m some rookie that doesn’t understand how much this inflates the purchase price. I pressed them on how they can change the monthly payment since I secured the loan in advance, and they stated that they had pre-authorization to alter the loan - they did NOT and I gave no such approval. The salesman realized I was about to walk out and tried to deescalate my frustration. I felt duped, as I realized that by having a brain and not being scammed into the bloated warranties they were annoyed, and I wouldn’t be able to get important we-owe items, like a second key (this should be a given) and then fixing some of the body issues. After the salesman tried to sneak a blank we-owe form to me, I asked him to at least add the missing tow hook cover for the car… I felt like I was buying a 30-year old Honda accord not a late-model used AMG Mercedes. So, after buying multiple cars from Motorwerks, recommending family and friends who also made purchases in the past, I got treated like a chump. And they were annoyed that I wasn’t. Fortunately I have relationships that will help me clean this car up, but I will NEVER purchase from a Motorwerks loca

  Great experience overall. EVERYONE was very polite and welcoming. Even though I wasn't even buying one of the high-end cars they treated me and my family like VIP's. And the car was everything it was advertised to be and more!

  Iustin took care of of me and sold me this 2025 XT4. Price listed on Motor Werks website is what they sold the vehicle for. They offered some options for additional protection and products but didn’t pressure me to buy them. Tyler in the service center also diagnosed problem on my night vision system existing 2022 XT5 car when my current dealer wouldn’t service my Cadillac.

Instead, Matthew made sure every question was answered and every detail was handled with care. What truly set him apart was his follow-through after the purchase.
