  I had an oil change in February and two months later the drain plug fell off of the oil pan and left me stranded on the highway for over five hours. I called Motorwerks and spoke with service at Infiniti and was told they would have to inspect the car before they covered it….and then said I had not been there since February, indicating the problem was not their fault. I was there in February for a recall where they had to drain the engine oil to inspect the pan for metal. They then charged me a “discounted oil change rate” of over $60. Thankfully, I found the drain plug in the heat shield when I was under my car and noticed that the crush washer was not crushed. Proving this issue was a direct result of negligence by the dealership. I would never have been able to prove this was their error, without the drain plug, and I knew that based off the conversation I had with the service writer and his tone when I called. My car was covered in oil, and now the rear of my car has a rust spot from the oil getting under the paint. Thankfully, I am not an idiot and shut my car off before my engine sustained permanent damage; ultimately saving Motorwerks thousands of dollars in repairs due to their negligence and error. The compensation I received for saving this dealership thousands of dollars, was being stranded for 5 hours on the highway, the purchase of an aftermarket drain plug, synthetic oil, and the following day another 2 hours in the dealership for them to “inspect” and do another oil change and replace the OEM drain plug. They washed my vehicle, but the oil was not fully cleaned from under my car or from the heat shield, and remained on my back up camera. Though I appreciate that they covered the oil change, and offered my next one free, this is just not enough. As much as I’d love to save money and receive my next oil change free, I have lost trust and confidence in this dealership, despite purchasing my car there, and know that my time and business means

  The car buying process was fantastic from start to finish! We bought a QX60 and were assisted by Arkadiusz and Edwin. They did a great job and were very knowledgeable about the cars and the process. They were very hospitable, willing to show and move multiple cars for us, always offering us a drink and ensuring we knew our way around the dealership. Lorena did a great job as well and made us feel welcome. Nice job all around. Thank you!

  Shoutout to Alex Vidican and Muhammad, along with the entire team at MotorWerks, for making my recent car-buying experience exceptional. From start to finish, Alex was attentive, communicative, and transparent throughout every step of the process. We had a great back-and-forth, and I always knew exactly what was happening. He made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. I also want to recognize Muhammad, who was an integral part of the process. Despite it being his first week as the manager on duty, he was nothing short of spectacular. His professionalism, support, and commitment to making sure everything went right did not go unnoticed. Great customer service still matters, and this team delivered. If anyone asks me where to purchase their next vehicle, MotorWerks will be at the top of my recommendation list.   I had the BEST car buying experience ever. I have always dreaded car buying because of bad experiences in the past and I always felt pushed but Mark Smith is the absolute best. He was super knowledgeable and he stayed in my range. Didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. He was super helpful to teach me about a vehicle make I never owned before. I have already told friends and family all about him and I hope I can bring him more business. Thanks again Mark.
