  I just wanna say that the Mount Airy Toyota dealership has great customer service And I want to Thank William For helping me and my wife get a great and reliable Family car that met our needs. We got a 2024 Toyota RAV4 hybrid and I must say it is an Amazing car all around far as comfort and space. Also, I want to Thank Richard for giving us all of the details on the warranty and Making all the paperwork and process really quick and professional. Toyota is a great and reliable brand that goes above and beyond for their customers and ensures well built and durable vehicles

  I started my search for a new vehicle with reviewing 25 SUV's that had 3 row seats which was the main feature I wanted. I narrowed it to the top 3 based on all the reviews. Then I started out to find which one I would finally settle on. I had visited or spoke with several dealership, but when I met Kylee that was it!!! I pretty much knew what type of SUV I wanted and I was ready to purchase, but I was looking for a sales person who would help me get what I wanted. Kylee was personable, friendly, a good listener and very eager to please me regardless of what I ask. She was not pushy or argumentative which I had experienced before I came to Mt. Airy Toyota. She worked with me and got the perfect vehicle, with everything I wanted. The price was well within the range or slightly lower than I had expected. I highly recommend if you are looking for a Toyota to go ask for Kylee. She made this experience the best that I have had purchasing a new vehicle, and let me tell you I have purchased my fair share. I think you will be delightfully surprised. To finish up my experience, I met with Kenneth concerning the financing and he was understanding, listened, was not pushy, but tried to help when I asked questions. I was again surprised with how easy and fast he made the whole process. I was told that at Mt. Airy Toyota, it is like a big family. So far, I have found that they mean what they say and they really want you to leave happy with your experience. Thank you Kylee and Kenneth for making this a pleasant experience.

  OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was sick of the big town dealership experience so I moved my business to service my 2024 RAV4 to Mount Airy Toyota. I was very pleased with my first experience in service. Isaiah Was my surface advisor he was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I didn’t face any high-pressure sales tactics that you find at other local more metropolitan dealerships. He explained things to me like the different service coverages on my car that The dealership I bought it from never did! I’ll take good down home honesty over dishonesty any day. I will choose Mountary Toyota for all my service needs, and in the future, I will purchase my next vehicle from them when the time comes if this is the service they continue to deliver. Great job Isaiah!

  Excellent A+++. I cannot overemphasize how good Nick and the staff was at the Service Department. We broke down in the area and had our old vehicle towed to the dealership. We had no appointment or anything, and Nick agreed to look at our vehicle. They were extremely sympathetic to our plight and got us along the away ASAP with a rental. This is truly the best service experience I have ever had in over 20 years of servicing vehicles and getting vehicles fixed. I cannot recommend highly enough. In addition, the price wound up being extremely reasonable. A+++

  I purchased a vehicle from this Mount Airy Toyota on 3/3/2026. I was in need of a vehicle after I was in an accident and mine was totaled. I spoke with Salesman Rick Coburn and he was very compassionate, caring and professional. Answered all of my questions and listened to my needs. Rick worked hard to get me the best price possible and I certainly recommend anyone to Mount Airy Toyota and speak with Rick Coburn. Also I closed the finance deal with Richard Coburn in finance and received the same caring, personal and professional service. Richard went over all the documents and financing options and worked hard to make the payments fit my budget. The folks at Mount Airy Toyota are the best!
