  **Love this place!** I bought my Durango from Mt. Juliet Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram about 2.5 years ago, and I have had it serviced here since day one. I live about 45 minutes away without traffic, but the service experience has made it well worth the drive every time. Alicia Smith is outstanding. She is kind, honest, a great listener, and she has consistently under-promised and over-delivered. She and Chris, an ASE-certified Master Technician, proactively communicate throughout the entire service process with text, video, and audio updates, which is amazing and gives me a lot of confidence. Alexis and Haley were also responsive and friendly with booking and rebooking my appointment. When I pulled in, Jordan came right out, professionally and courteously checked me in, and then walked me over to Alicia, who has honestly become more like a friend over the years. While I was waiting in their comfortable customer lounge, listening to classic 80s hits, I met Lacy, the Sales Manager. He asked me about my experience, and I could immediately tell he has the same passion for the dealership and takes ownership in his role just like Alicia does. Great people, great communication, and a truly excellent service experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

  It truly felt like one of those rare experiences where everything aligned perfectly. The day started with a simple online inquiry, not knowing if I’d even find the right vehicle. Within a short time, Miguel Patterson reached out, answered my questions, and made me feel like my time and needs genuinely mattered. His communication was prompt, professional, and welcoming from the very beginning. By 11:00 a.m., I was at the dealership for a test drive. Miguel greeted me with a warm smile, listened to exactly what I was looking for, and never made me feel pressured. The Toyota RAV4 felt like it had been waiting for me. It checked every box safe, reliable, beautiful, and exactly what I had hoped for. The process was unbelievably smooth. Miguel explained everything clearly, kept the paperwork moving efficiently, and made what is often a stressful experience feel effortless. Before I knew it, I was holding the keys to my new RAV4.   Robbie Crowder is the best car sales associate I have ever dealt with. He literally ran through every step of the process. Rachell got me the best deal she could with the payment I wanted. Everyone was nice and helpful even when they weren’t involved in the sale.

  I set up an appointment to look at a used car I saw on line. I met with Sales Manager Mark Scobee & then Danny Butler joined in. They both answered all my questions & even told me things about the vehicle before I asked. I never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle. They delivered it at a time that was convenient to me which having this done was a great help to me. It’s been 8 years since I last purchased a vehicle & my experience with them was great. Definitely recommend buying from them.

  I had a wonderful experience buying my jeep wrangler last week. Marilyn, our sales person, was wonderful. Everything was clear cut and up front. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Go buy a car from Marilyn. You will not be disappointed.
