  To be fair, my situation was complicated at first because I was waiting on a judge to sign off on my voluntary dismissal from a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. The first salesman probably thought the deal would get stuck in red tape and gave up on me. However, even after I sent him the official court dismissal showing I was fully cleared to buy, he still completely ignored me and claimed the Jeep was sold. > I caught that the vehicle was actually still available a few days later, which is how I bypassed him and got connected with Carter. To their absolute credit, Carter, Angelo, and Vinny stepped up, worked hard with my credit situation, and got the financing pushed through. I am genuinely grateful to them for making it happen. Just be a smart buyer on the final paperwork, especially fellow 100% disabled veterans. Even though Florida waives your state DMV fees, this dealership tacks on a $598 Electronic Filing Fee and a $189 Third-Party Tag Fee that you can't avoid if you finance. Come prepared for those private charges so you can negotiate them into your out-the-door price. Go see Carter—he will treat you right, just keep your eyes on the fine print!

  First off, let me drop a new names. JUSTIN REYNOLDS ADAM HOOT I had an outstanding experience working with Adam and Justin in the service department while dealing with an issue on my Ram TRX. From the beginning, both of them were incredibly professional, transparent, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was handled the right way. Throughout the entire process they kept me informed, explained things clearly, and never once made me feel like I was being left in the dark. Anyone who has dealt with vehicle service knows how rare that level of communication and honesty can be, and it made a huge difference. Adam and Justin went above and beyond to help coordinate the repair and ensure everything was moving in the right direction.
