  They only have so many 5 star ratings because they will call you over and over again asking you to leave one so they can get a bonus. Worst experience I have ever had with a business. They misdiagnosed issues and messed up service on my BRAND NEW car 4 times. After the last time I had to take it somewhere else because they bent my backing plate in and did not grease anything. They also over and under torqued all of my wheels. The service advisor Kyle was unhelpful and failed to reach out to me multiple times. Jamie was also unhelpful as she did not get back to me about a refund for their mistake. Cooperate also did not get back to me. I finally received my refund today after 4 months because I got the better business bureau involved. I know people who work in other buildings and I guess this happens all of the time. No one that works there is good at their job and they will scam you especially if you’re a woman.

  I will never be coming here again. I made an appointment for 1PM on a Friday to get my breaks looked at (grinding noise indicating I needed new brake pads). When I arrived, I was told it wasn't a service appt, instead, a technician would assess the vehicle and give me a quote. Easy misunderstanding from me, likely, so I said "okay no problem!" Thinking this would take an hour or so, I was told to come back in . This was after all, an appointment for a quote. I came back at 3PM and by 4:30PM still didn't have my car returned. I asked if I could just have my car back. Around 5PM the manager informed me that they were doing an update on my car and it kept crashing mid-update. Technology. I get it. But I could have been informed of this being the cause of delay... hours prior. To their credit, I was provided a loaner vehicle, which I appreciated. Still, the overall experience felt very disorganized. Even when I returned on the next business day to pick up my vehicle, I had to wait another 20–30 minutes before I could be helped. The lack of communication throughout the process was disappointing. I’m not sure if the issue is understaffing or internal coordination, but the experience did not meet expectations, especially for something that started as a simple quote.

  2nd poor experience with this dealership. Recieve a call saying how I can get extra money fir my trade. Multiple places offered between $22500 and $23800. This place offered me $21210. I would do the deal for $23000. Their internet price shows a dealer discount. Nope, that price is with the rebates. Except the rebates don't add up to the dealership price. Deceptive sales practices from the start to the end. Never again.

  Bianca, Brad and Carl were the absolute best when I was looking for a new car. It can be an extremely stressful experience in deciding what vehicle is best for you. These three saved me and got me into a new car that best suited my needs after purchasing the wrong one!! I am extremely thankful and Napleton’s fully delivered in ways I could have never expected. Thanks to everyone! You’re the best!

  Micah was fantastic! Walked in with so many doubts on getting a new car. He stayed positive and optimistic. His energy was amazing and I would recommend everyone go and see him and the team here. I walked away with an amazing brand new car and car buying experience.
