  The salesman, Kaleb, did a great job. He spent quite a bit of time going over vehicle features and explaining the different choices available. I took a test drive and did not have to look any further. I wanted one in a white metallic color and Kaleb and Omar worked together to find one right off the delivery truck! Amazing! Omar also helped with explaining the trade in process and a deal was struck! The staff up front were very welcoming, providing a sense of confidence as I walked in. Great experience Nelson Mazda!

  I had a wonderful experience at Nelson Mazda, especially working with Elijah! He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Car buying can often be overwhelming, but Elijah created an environment that was calm, efficient, and easy to navigate. The process was fast, communication was clear, and I never felt pressured. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend Nelson Mazda and Elijah to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience!

  I had an amazing experience buying my car at this dealership. The entire staff was incredibly kind and did everything they could to help me drive away with a car. Omar and Lauren provided outstanding customer service and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.   Purchased my Honda from here and from start to finish everything was great! Communication was A1! This was indeed my first online purchase and my car was shipped safely to me!! I’ll get my cars from here over and over again! Thanks to Omar for making me feel so confident in my purchase even though I’m miles away!! Again shop here I’m a living witness my car made it from Tulsa Oklahoma to Tarboro North Carolina in one piece!

  Though I haven’t bought a car with them yet I went in with a rough idea of what cars I liked and they had all 3 choices I wanted and I was able to test drive them all! Trystan was incredibly helpful and outgoing and gave me all the information he had on all of them. I was shocked that they don’t get any commission off sales but it did make me feel better because I was worried about wasting his time as I am not quite ready to purchase a car yet. The girls at the front were also incredibly friendly and welcomed us in each time we came back from a test drive! 10/10 service all around!
