  We had a fantastic experience working with Eduardo Ortiz at Toyota. His knowledge of the Camry lineup was truly impressive—he was able to answer all of our questions clearly and confidently, which made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. What really stood out was his kind and outgoing personality. He made us feel comfortable right away and never once made us feel pressured into making a decision. It felt like he genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit rather than just making a sale. We pick up the new vehicle tomorrow!!

  I have been using Newburgh Toyota’s service dept for over 10 years and purchased a 2026 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium from Eddie Ortiz! I would like to thank Eddie in sales, Frank Fabiano GSM and especially Randy Holt for completing final bank and DMV paperwork. They truly made it a favorable buying experience. What I appreciated the most was that they weren’t pushy at all👌 Felt comfortable from beginning to end. Highly recommend Eddie Ortiz , very friendly and knowledgeable!

  Eduardo has been helping my family for years with getting a new car and now it was finally my turn to get one. From start to finish the process was easy, seamless, and simple. Not only was he very professional, but he treated you like family. I personally didn’t want to do my deal with anyone else but him. Highly highly highly recommend working with him.

  Did not get the name of the lady at the front desk but dealt with her, Tracy from sales and John from Finance. This was THE MOST pleasurable car buying experience I have ever experienced. Tracy was very kind, attentive, understanding and extremely prompt. John was excellent too! Overall it was great and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
