  Called to see if they where able to replace my exhaust and muffler. Unfortunately Chevy doesn't make what I need anymore, but if I brought in my own part I would just have to pay for labor, and there wouldn't be a warranty. Okay that's fine I just need to get running. Bringing my own parts no warranty would be 900 for labor. I asked okay that's because it's for the welding right because basic mechanic service is 180 an hour. They said no they would just slip the connections together and bind them with clamps ( I'm also providing the parts)..... High prices for half asked service. Plenty of Mobile services around that are more honest for work than what I thought was a professional service. Most Auto stores will have cards.

  Rare dealership, honest and not pushy. Drove 3 hours from home and bought a Silverado from Tim. Ken in finance was also great. Great experience.

  Frustrating experience across the board with the the service department. My car with 20,000 miles just out of warranty broke down. It took a week to repair and they were unable to provide a courtesy vehicle. On the phone they quoted me around $350. When I arrived to pay my bill I asked for a copy of the work done and they said I'd get it after I paid. Then on the credit card machine they were charging me $650. I asked about the discrepancy and reiterated I would like to look at the service done before I paid. This time they charged me the right amount and I paid. The service advisor told me I didn't pay the bill and tried to get me to pay a second time. He argued with me until I pulled up my bank statement showing that I paid. Then he said sometimes our system just doesn't work right. I spoke with the manager and while he was willing to listen he did not seem very concerned about the challenges that I had faced. Very unimpressed with the service provided I don't think they were trying to intentionally scam me but they tried to overcharge me twice in a matter of minutes. The work was fine and the labor rates were pretty standard.

  They make things right. I had a disappointing experience during my last visit and Doug the owner personally called me to address the issue and make things right. It is clear that this is a business that truly cares about their customers. I will absolutely be returning for all of my future car care needs.

  I've been coming here for years for service to my car. Apparently they changed owners, I've herd negative things, but figured its chevy, it must be good still have great service. Wrong! One star is to much! Paid $79 for an oil change and tire rotation, used to be $50 looked in but with inflation did it anyway. 2 hours later i asked the girl if there finally done. She replied "maybe, i haven't been paying attention..." Ok, didn't expect that answer lol. So i go to pay my bill since open checking my car is not in the shop. When i checked in i asked for a quote on a tune up, have it ready when i check out please. Im approaching 100K miles. No quote, hasn't even started it yet... The guy behind the counter asks "what is a tune up for you?". Shouldn't I be asking you what is a tune up? He asked if I've ever had my brakes done? Yes. When, with this company like 6 months ago. Did they change the fluid? I dont know, cant you look it up? Nope, with new owners that info is gone. Why don't you keep track of your car maintenance? Isn't the receipt in a file in the car? At this point I've been there for 2 hours 30 mins, for a basic oil change, tire rotation, and a simple quote. By that time the lady next to me was complaining about when she dropped off the car the window was fine, now there is a giant crack! That was my sign to just go and never com back Do yourself a favor, DONT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!! Apparently when they changed owners, all the good experienced people in the tean left with them. Bummer!
