  These people are phenomenal to work with, I came in from the start told them exactly what I wanted my payment to be and I would take no less they made it happen.   I worked with John Krousel who is the sales rep. I drove from PA to Kentucky to purchase this vehicle. It was detailed, fueled up and all of the financial paperwork was complete by the time that I arrived at the dealership. It was a seamless, quick and smooth car buying experience. They also helped me with a pretty reasonable interest rate. I appreciated their transparency and upfront pricing.

  Highly recommend this dealership! We had a great experience and so easy to work with. Micheal the store manager was so helpful and made the whole experience painless. For once in our life we walked away with a big ticket purchase without feeling taken advantage of or ripped off. We walked away feeling like we got a great deal for our dream vehicle which is such a blessing and so stress free. Couldn’t recommend this dealership enough

  On February 7, 2026 a deal was made. Nicholasville CDJR ( Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) sold a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee to a local resident here in Jessamine county, Kentucky. On February 19, 2026 that vehicle was involved in an accident. Which involved my truck. In doing so, damage was sustained to my truck. Fast forward to now. Waited a month to obtain the insurance information on said Jeep. Just to fine out the Jeep nor the purchaser of the Jeep were ever cover by the policy that was submitted at the time of purchase. Now, state law, here in Kentucky. States; a car can not leave a dealership without proof of insurance. So….. whom is in the wrong? The person for falsifying a document, or the dealership for not verifying said insurance on said buyer. CDJR has bought back the Jeep from the residence daughter and sold her a nice crew cab F-150 King Rancher. Feels like a cover up. However, thats what the legal system and lawyer’s are for. See you soon CDJR. In hind sight and in my opinion. People should avoid this shady business and really do one’s research before getting into bed with criminal organizations. Will follow up with the out come. Thanks for reading and please be careful doing business with Blake, GM and Michael, sales manager. Stinks of foul play. Pictures are from the night of incident.

  After driving the same vehicle for 10+ years, I finally took the plunge. I found exactly the SUV I wanted and was able to get a fantastic price. The service was EXEMPLARY. Carlos was absolutely fantastic, personable, and professional. The process with Trevor and Eric to set terms and financing was smooth and clearly communicated. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know who needs a new or used vehicle. This is coming from a crazy cat lady. 😁
