  Robbie was great! He was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and made buying a car a lot less stressful than I expected. He was very patient and helpful. Everyone at Nissan of Cookeville was friendly and welcoming, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Really happy with my experience and my new car. I’d definitely recommend Robbie if you’re looking for a vehicle!

  Update to the update.....they are stinkers. Can't even get the posted info in response strait. Run away seriously. Update: the nice things I said about individuals is true. BUT when I got home I found they performed tasks I specifically asked them not to do. I went from 12 to 14 mpg city and 19 to 22 highway to averaging 6.5 mpg. They reflashed the computer and punched holes in my DPF for "new" sensors. Now truck bogs down. I took it in for the codes to be checked and make sure the turbo actuator was functioning. DIRTY DEALINGS here...they won't fix it. Or put it as it was before coming to them. Do NOT use the service department. And they refused to let me talk to the GM after I was gone via telephone The sales manager is AWESOME. We are in from out of state. The waste gate actuator on my XD Titan took a dump. It was after hours, the rental person was gone and he got us hooked up with a rental car, left the big truck with them and getting the problem fixed. He went ABOVE and BEYOND. Kudos!

  Got my brand new 2026 Nissan Frontier Dark Armor Edition, absolutely love it. I can't express how easy it was to deal with my sales rep Brandon Johnson and his whole team. From the finance people to the detailer, they were all wonderful to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new Nissan product.

  Had a great experience remotely purchasing a 2026 Nissan Leaf Platinum+ from Nissan of Cookeville. My salesperson was Robbie Johnson. He was very friendly, attentive, and responsive. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. I did all negotiations and a lot of paperwork remotely (I live 6 hours away). They were also able to get me one of the colors that we wanted for both exterior and interior. I never felt like I was pressured and they never tried to upsell me anything, including the finance manager, who was also very friendly. They took care of installing several accessories I requested before I picked up the car. When I picked up the car, everything was ready and we only spent a couple hours there going over the car and finalizing the paperwork. It was very worth the 6-hour drive to buy from Nissan of Cookeville especially when I wasn't getting similar service from the local Nissan dealers. I definitely recommend Nissan of Cookeville, even if you are a few hours away.
