The Nissan dealership came highly recommended by a close family member, and after having a terrible experience at another repair shop, I decided to give Nissan a try in hopes of receiving better service. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. My vehicle was kept for over two hours for a state inspection, only for me to be told that two light bulbs needed to be replaced. I have no issue paying for necessary repairs, but I do have an issue with the quoted price continually increasing—from $125, to $145, and ultimately to nearly $160. The constantly changing total left me feeling misled. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. The staff were dismissive and came across as though they had little interest in actually helping me. While waiting, I also watched a technician slam my vehicle's door hard enough to make the window shake, which was upsetting to witness. My mother purchased this truck from this dealership nearly 20 years ago, so seeing it treated so carelessly by the same company was especially disappointing. To make matters worse, the cover for one of the lights was not even reinstalled correctly, meaning I now have to fix it myself. Unfortunately, the poor treatment did not seem to be limited to me. While I was there, I observed several other customers being spoken to in the same dismissive manner, making it appear to be part of the dealership's overall approach to customer service. From start to finish, the entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued. A visit to a dealership should inspire confidence, not frustration. This was my first visit to this establishment, and it will also be my last.
