  I had an excellent experience purchasing my new truck at Nissan of Orange Park. From the moment I arrived, the process felt smooth and professional. Selena and the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly focused on making the experience stress free and enjoyable. They took the time to explain every detail and made sure I felt confident with my decision. Buying my new Nissan Frontier was an exciting moment, and the dealership made it even more special. The entire process from selection to financing was handled with transparency and care, which really stood out. The dealership emphasizes customer satisfaction and a smooth buying process, and it definitely shows. Overall, a fantastic car buying experience professional, efficient, and memorable.   My 20 year old car finally kicked the bucket. I was anxious needing to buy a new car on short notice with little money to put down. Thankfully I visited Nissan of Orange Park. They made the process easier than I expected. Miguel, Irvin and the Sales Manager Nick were all fantastic in helping me get this done. They got me into a beautiful 2019 Altima SV, just the sort of ride I was looking for. The process was smooth and at the end of the day I was very happy. This is a highly recommended business. Everyone I encountered was great, but Miguel, Irvin and Sale Manager Nick really were a blessing. Thanks guys!

  I would give 6 stars if google would allow it! Marty and Steve have been a dream to work with!! Very accommodating and knowledgable! They have made my first car buying experience a great one! The process has been so smooth and easy which I did not expect having to do everything over the phone! Cannot recommend them enough! Steve even sent a hello video introducing himself and showing me the vehicle as soon as he was assigned to me as my salesperson. The experience has not felt rushed, forced, or simply transactional like all of the car buying horror stories! If you are looking for a new or used car, call Steve and he will have you in the perfect vehicle in no time!

  I had an outstanding experience buying my new truck. Jake Ritzert, my sales rep, and Frank Ritzert, the general manager, did an amazing job from start to finish and truly went above and beyond to find me the right truck (Ford F-150 V8 5.0). The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They even included a lifetime powertrain warranty, which gave me total peace of mind and showed they genuinely stand behind what they sell. A huge shout-out to Alex Serrano in finance absolutely crushed it. He secured me the best interest rate I’ve ever had, even beating out Navy Federal, which I was very confident going into the deal. That alone says a lot about his effort and expertise. Everyone I worked with was respectful, caring, and honest. This dealership truly treats you like a person, not just another sale. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I’ll definitely be back for my next one

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ — Nissan of Orange Park | 7447 Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville FL I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2025 and the experience has been dishonest, dismissive, and financially devastating from day one. ISSUE #1 — NAIL IN TIRE THE DAY AFTER PURCHASE Because I was driving a rental at the time of purchase, one of the dealership's own employees drove my new car to my apartment. I did not drive the vehicle that night. The very next morning I discovered a large nail in one of the tires. I immediately contacted my salesperson Bryan, who told me to bring it in. When I arrived, he handed me off to the manager — who proceeded to argue with me, accusing me of lying about not driving the car that night. They refused to replace the tire. I had owned the car less than 24 hours. ISSUE #2 — KNOWN DEFECT DISMISSED DURING TEST DRIVE During the test drive I noticed the car shuddering and brought it to Bryan's attention. He assured me it was nothing to worry about. I have text message proof that when the shuddering worsened three months later, all Bryan could offer was an apology and a suggestion to get a diagnosis — the same issue he had dismissed during the test drive. ISSUE #3 — RUDE MANAGER AND FALSE RECALL INFORMATION When I returned to the dealership about the shuddering, I waited over an hour only to be met by the same hostile manager who told me nothing could be done and falsely claimed there was a Ford recall. Ford confirmed no such recall existed. I was deliberately misled. ISSUE #4 — $1,750 OUT OF POCKET AND STILL NOT FIXED I was forced to use a third-party shop. The repair cost $4,300 — covered by my extended warranty minus a $250 deductible. The car sat in the shop for a full month, costing me $1,500 in out-of-pocket rental fees. The shuddering never fully stopped. Now 11 months later the problem has returned worse than ever. The car is shaking severely, the check engine light is on, and it is reading multiple error codes. I am still making significant payments
