  Angelica was great to deal with. Always kept me informed. The vehicle description was about 75% accurate ( that is the only thing I would recommend they change), however it was the vehicle I was looking for so made the purchase. Everyone was friendly. A fair deal was made and would recommend this dealership.

  It was an amazing experience to get a smooth transaction and to get a details about the car. First, i was worried not to be approved but the sales professional (Angelica Romero) helped me to get my dream car! I’m loving my Nissan Sentra so much.

  Great place to buy a car never have I had a vehicle buying experience go so easy and so well not only did I get an absolute awesome deal on my jeep wrangler 4xe i did all my stuff over the phone and online I expressed that I didn’t have alot of time seeing as I was coming from out of town and I didn’t want anything extra I wanted gap and I would like everything done as much as possible before I got there so I could get in and get out I’ve tried this before and it never fails they don’t start anything till I get there and it still takes 4 hours well not this place I was in and out in 15 minutes with keys in hand driving down the road unbelievable I consider my time very valuable and to be honest don’t have alot of patience so kudos to Nissan of Sumter love the way you do business!!

  James was my service technician and he was absolutely fantastic! I hope to.get him again next time! Thanks James! The only reason I'm leaving 4 vs. 5 stars is how much time it took to complete my oil change. I had an appt for 8am and wasn't out the door until 1040. I did ask for an estimate on a few items but the job was finished and the truck just sitting there waiting to be handed back over to me for over an hour. It wasn't James fault he was waiting on the technician to complete the paperwork on their end. I feel the process has gotten so technical with all the checks and balances that it takes forever. I probably won't do my next oil change at Nissan because of this. Also, the new management has taken away the military veteran discount for oil changes. It wasn't much before but every little bit helps when you're paying over $80 for a standard oil change. Thanks for everything James and you're one of the best!

  Bought a new Pathfinder online and did the whole transaction via email and phone. Bryan and Justen did a great job and were very professional. They even delivered my new vehicle to me. I would 100% recommend them.
