  UPDATED WITH MORE PHOTOS. I am changing my previous five star review, which was limited to only the purchase process. Here is an update once I've owned the vehicle for a few months and dealing with mismanagement from service. I purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon Xtreme Recon and unfortunately discovered extensive factory paint and hard top defects within the first hundred miles which have become even more noticeable with UV exposure. The issues include an incredible amount of paint runs, fisheyes, bubbling, debris under the clear coat, thin/inconsistent paint coverage, hood and door paint defects, and even damage to the interior edges of the hard top itself. This is appalling for a $60K+ vehicle. But, my biggest issue has not just been the factory defects — it has been the handling of the warranty process. Over the course of six weeks and substantial back and forth in person, over phone and email, I was repeatedly sent in circles between the dealer and Stellantis customer care. Stellantis directed me back to the dealer, while the dealer maintained they could only follow the limited warranty authorization already provided. Despite multiple inspections and additional defects continuing to be identified, I lost confidence that the full condition of the vehicle was ever accurately represented to Stellantis by Normadin's service departement. I also requested transparency into the body shop estimate being used to determine repair scope, but was told it was “internal only.” The proposed remedy remained limited to block sanding and localized paint correction, despite the presence of broader hard top component damage and multiple finish defects on a brand new vehicle. Based on my interactions and the repair authorization that was ultimately issued, I believe important defects were not fully documented or communicated during the warranty review process I requested hard top replacement and proper repair of the hood and door defects, but the process became

  I always have a great experience when I come here. The team is always friendly and honest and make the whole process smooth and stress free especially Justin McGann. He is always my go-to person whenever I have any issues with my Fiat. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and takes the time to explain things clearly.   I had such a great experience here! The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was my first time coming to this dealership for services and you just never know what kind of interaction you will get, but Mya my service advisor was amazing! I had to bring the baby with me and she helped me feel comfortable along with the baby also helping me carry the car seat everywhere. Another sweet lady, I believe her name was Charlene? She worked the front helping me get an lyft back home and she also helped me with car seat while I held my little one. They were so helpful to me and went above and beyond. I am very grateful that my visit there went very smooth, easy and comfortable! I'll be back again.
