  After recently purchasing a used car at Novak Motors in Farmingdale. I will not go anywhere else. The moment you walk in, it looks like a new car showroom, Every car was detailed, making the process even more enjoyable. Rodney, the sales associate was a pleasure to work with. And Novak doesn’t hide anything no hidden fees, just sales tax and title and inspection .The entire process was flawless. Greg, the financial manager was a pleasure to work with. And to top it off when we came to pick up the car, they had it already with a beautiful bow on top of the hood. It’s the little things that count and they go out of their way for the consumer.

  If you have not considered buying your used vehicle from Novak, you are missing the boat! I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had buying a car. My wife and I went to Novak the day after we tried a Jeep dealer. They kept coming up with monthly payments way above our budget and had little in the way of available stock. We left without making a deal and felt like we wasted our time. I went online to Novak’s website and checked out some models. I also scheduled an appointment for the next day. Jerry our sales guy was so nice. He was very patient with my wife and I (we looked a a few cars), and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. We told him what we were looking for (a Jeep), what options we needed, and our monthly budget. The selection was big, located in a beautiful indoor showroom. My wife found an amazing deal on a Jeep with extremely low mileage and in great shape! Since we made a deal on Saturday, we could not pick up the car until Monday. When I came in, it was right up front with a huge bow! Also wanted to mention the financial end of the sale. Gabe was extremely nice and took the time to explain our options and worked with me on getting the monthly payments we wanted. He also worked with me on purchasing an extended warranty. When it is time for my daughter to get a car, I will definitely be going with her back to Novak! I highly recommend Novak Motors to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle!

  Scott made buying a car seamless.. He did everything for me.I originally purchased a 2018 Honda pilot. After careful consideration decided it was not the right fit. I contacted Scott and wanted to exchange the car. He was so understanding about my situation. I ended up with a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. Again the exchange was seamless because of Scott. I highly recommend Novak Motors. I will never go anywhere else when buying a car. Also shoutout to Gabe in financing. He made everything work out. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Scott and Gabe.

  Went in to buy a car. Found a GMC Acadia. Put in a credit app and was told that someone was going to call Monday because it was closing time snd they would hold the car until Monday. Over the weekend we noticed the car was taken off their website. We assumed it was because we were interested in it. Come to find out Monday that the car was sold on Saturday. Very poor business practice and customer sevice to gwt our hopes up. Also ran our credit 5-6 times for a now non-existant car. Won't be going back here again.

  Smooth process from the second I walked in, to later driving off in a clean, well maintained car at a great price. Scott took care of me, couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through the process. Never pushy, consistently knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly, treats you like family. P.S: Outside of the included lifetime warranty, I purchased an additional warranty. I plan on updating this post throughout that time. Otherwise, love the car and was more than satisfied with my experience!
