  The excellent service is the reason I’ll buy my next car -again- at Novato Chevrolet. I appreciate most the timely communication and updates from the Service Team. Especially, Jeff! Seriously, their experience and obvious standard to make you happy is unusual these days.

  All of the salesmen were friendly and helpful. I want to especially thank Miguel. I would not have been able to make the sales agreement if not for his willingness to work with me on the price. I am grateful. I don’t have much money and this car has to last me the rest of my life. He also provided valuable information about the vehicle and was willing to answer any questions. Jaydan was very kind when I hit a curb during the test drive. He was willing to take time to show me the details of operating the car and understanding the technology on the dash. Before I left he “accidentally” put more gas in the vehicle than he intended to. Again, I am grateful.

  We had a great experience working with Trent at Novato Chevrolet. He was easy to communicate with, made the process smooth, and went above and beyond by getting us a new set of tires and making sure the car was fully detailed before we took it home. We really appreciated the extra effort and would definitely recommend Trent to anyone looking for a car.

  Worked out a deal for my mom to return her leased Chevy to this dealership and buy a used Chevy Equinox EV on the same day. Made an appointment for noon the next day. I offered to place a deposit and/or let them run our credit but they refused. On the day of the appointment, right before my mom was going to make an hour drive to this dealership, I texted to confirm the car was still available only to be told someone was looking at it. It took almost an hour for their newest sales guy (3rd day on the job) to text me to tell me the car was sold. Only a "sorry" from the new sales guy, no apologies from any of the management or offers from the management to make things right.

  Brought my truck in for service last week. I had them change every fluid in the truck. The truck was ready when they said it would be, everything was done correctly. After I got the truck back I went on a few hundred mile drive and had no problems. The truck runs way better now. All the people I dealt with there seemed to know what they were doing and it was a good experience.
