  Michael Pepion was fantastic to work with! My mom had been looking for a Hyundai Tucson for about a month and that came with tons of dealings with multiple sells reps from multiple dealerships. Michael was by far the best we encountered! My mom was not looking forward to purchasing a can mostly because she hates dealing with sells reps who only car about selling a car more than taking care of the customer. Michael definitely puts the customer first which is extremely rare when buying a car. He definitely cared more about making her happy over making a sell. I highly recommend asking for Michael, our experience was definitely pleasant with him and the whole Oakes auto Kia Team

  I recently had an outstanding experience with Oakes Kia in Olathe, Kansas. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me get into the vehicle I came to purchase without any pressure. The sales team was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I understood every step of the process. They were upfront, honest, and worked hard to get me a great deal. The entire buying experience was smooth and efficient, which made a big difference. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Thank you so much Momina, Bruce, and Courtney. They made sure I was comfortable with my vehicle and didn’t have any questions before I left.   Kate Voorhies was the woman who helped me purchase my 2023 Hyundai! She was more than accomodatig, bringing the vehicle from the Olathe location to a NKC Location just so I could see it! She also sat with me for hours (more than we intended) and was completely patient, kind and more than fun to have conversations with. Even through some frustrations and long hours, her concern and focus was solely on making sure I was okay! Thank you so much to Kate, she was so wonderful!

  I recently purchased a 2026 Kia Carnival from Oakes Kia Olathe. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrival. We originally had an appointment scheduled with a different sales consultant, but when they noticed how busy they were, Ashton Ross immediately stepped in to help us. Ashton was extremely knowledgeable of the features of the Carnival. He was patient with us and helped us find the vehicle we wanted in the color we preferred. All of our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. He made sure we were comfortable with everything before signing. Overall our experience was great!

  We keep our cars a long time so we appreciate it when we have a good experience. After a lot of research we decided on a 2026 Kia Sportage SX-Prestige Hybrid from Oakes Kia in Olathe. Our first impression of our sales rep Ryan O'Donnell was positive and our entire sales process could not have been better. Ryan was professional and patient with all of our questions and concerns. The car is amazing and we are confident we made the best choice in the car, the dealership and Ryan.
