  I would give zero stars if I could. I spent over a week communicating with Okeechobee Dodge Chrysler Jeep about a truck I was interested in purchasing. Before making the trip, I repeatedly asked if the vehicle was in good condition and if there was anything I needed to know. I was assured multiple times by Ethan and David that everything was fine, the truck was ready, and I could come pick it up and drive it home. I flew from South Carolina to Florida specifically to purchase this truck. Two days before my flight, I asked again if there were any issues with the vehicle, and I was told everything was good to go. After landing, I paid approximately $150 for an Uber and traveled about 70 miles to the dealership. Only after I arrived did Ethan inform me that the truck was in the shop because the transmission had started smoking. This was shocking because the dealership had been checking the truck since Tuesday and apparently knew there were problems before I arrived. When I saw the truck for myself, it was shaking badly. There is no way this issue had just been discovered. Even a mechanic and the detail employee acknowledged there was a problem with the vehicle. The biggest issue was the lack of honesty and communication. If they had informed me about the transmission problem before I flew down, I could have avoided wasting money on airfare, transportation, and time. Instead, they waited until I arrived to tell me. The dealership then tried to sell me a different vehicle, but that was not the truck I traveled there to buy. When I asked about being reimbursed for the expenses I incurred because of their failure to communicate, I was told no. I also requested to speak with the owners and was denied that opportunity. My experience was extremely disappointing. Poor communication, poor customer service, and no accountability. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.

  This is my third vehicle in buying here. The people are very helpful, actually explain everything, no pressure sales tactics ever. The staff is friendly. Buying a vehicle here is relaxing and i know I'm getting a vehicle that will run well and for a long time. And the prices are MORE than reasonable. I highly recommend them if you need a quality use car. They even helped me with my insurance company and got me the best deal with more bang toi the buck. You never see this kind of service anymore. Again, I highly recommend this place if needing a replacement used car.

He answered every question we had, explained all the details clearly, and made sure we felt confident in our decision before moving forward.
