2 weeks agoWhen we purchased our brand-new 2026 Ram RHO, a Manager named Bobby specifically asked us to leave a good review if he gave us a good price. Unfortunately, the level of service we received after the purchase was extremely disappointing, mainly from Bobby himself. Almost immediately, we discovered a issue with the truck—the gas tank would repeatedly click off after only a few gallons while filling up. What makes this even more frustrating is that Bobby had been driving this truck before we purchased it, so it's hard to believe he wasn't aware of the issue. Mistakes happen. Vehicles can have defects. Easy fix. No problem. However, what matters is how a dealership responds when problems arise. In our case, there was no accountability, no communication, and no effort to make things right. We scheduled a service appointment, only to arrive and be told we weren't on the schedule. We had to reschedule and wait another week. When we finally brought the truck in, we were informed there were no loaner vehicles available and that we'd need to rent a car at our own expense if we needed transportation. The dealership then determined the truck needed a replacement part and kept it for five days. At no point did Bobby reach out, acknowledge the situation, or offer any assistance. We called him multiple times and never received a return call. Actually we're still waiting for that call... When we picked up the truck, we specifically asked to speak with Bobby. The salesperson went to get him, and we watched the two of them speak. Moments later, the salesperson returned and told us Bobby was "too busy" to talk. Meanwhile, we watched Bobby walk into his office. We will not be buying from this dealership again and will make sure no one else we knows does either.

2 months agoMy last two oil change, tire rotation experiences have been a joke. Had them “highly” recommend a new air filter and cabin filter, when a day before I replaced them both. Today they “highly” recommended a wheel alignment on my 35,000 miles old Michelin tires that have been religiously rotated and have worn perfectly with 9/32” of thread on all four. When I approached the service manager about it he insisted that the tires showed inconsistent wear. Prior to taking my truck in for service I purposely put different valve stem caps on with pictures for orientation of the wheel to the valve stems. They rotated two of the four tires on the passenger side of the vehicle. I was always skeptical that they didn’t rotate my tires correctly and now I know for sure. You have lost me and the company I work for business Olathe Dodge Ram. Your technicians are making you look pretty shady.

5 months agoI purchased a used Honda Accord at Olathe Dodge last week. The experience was about as good as car buying can be. I had the good forturne of working with Avery Dickerson. It felt like we had our own advocate as we worked through the whole process of negotiation, finance and handover. During our test drive my wife and I asked a bunch of questions about the Honda which he answered handily despite the fact that we weren't buying from a Honda dealer. We would do business here again.

2 months agoGiving two stars in hopes that this gets more views on it. A friend of mine went and bought a car there. The car was worth at least 30k and they over charged him 70k knowing they could take advantage of him. They only care about just making their commission. Not actually helping or having good customer service. Soon as you walk in there they don’t greet you and act as if you’re ruining their day. Don’t buy a car from here. There’s better dealerships that’ll treat you like you’re a human being. Not just a walking money machine. The financial assistance is a joke as well. Jose will not only help you he’ll act as if his job is the hardest thing in the world. Please go to a better dealership especially if it’s your first time buying a car.

7 months agoI was am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership and am writing this review specifically to get the attention of the General Manager, because the situation has become unacceptable. I brought my Jeep in while traveling from out of town and clearly explained that I live three hours away in Bentonville, Arkansas and needed my vehicle back quickly so I could return to work. Despite this, there was absolutely no sense of urgency or compassion shown. I was repeatedly told “we’ll get to it when we can,” and every time I called for an update, the person I was speaking with sounded irritated, as if I was inconveniencing them simply by asking for information. They kept my car for five days for what turned out to be a battery issue. The first diagnosis I received stated that both batteries were dead and that it would cost a minimum of $1,000 to replace both of them. I denied the transaction of both batteries and only approved the Auxillary battery getting fixed. Changing the auxiliary got my car running and was even told the other battery was completely fine— openly admitting that the $1000 would have been completely unnecessary and verging on robbery. This dealership still charged me almost $600 to fix the one battery. On top of this, I lost income from missing work due to their delay and total lack of urgency. When I finally picked up my Jeep late Wednesday evening, I immediately noticed a large crack across my entire windshield — something that was absolutely NOT present when I dropped off the vehicle. I had previously acknowledged a tiny mark that was already there, but the massive crack that now extends across the windshield happened while my vehicle was in their possession. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told management would likely deny it because they documented the small preexisting mark. The difference is obvious, and I will be attaching photos showing this. To make matters worse, I just received an additional bill for $573, even th
