“I brought my kid’s 2019 Jeep Compass in for three scheduled services: • Diagnose an auto start service light that appeared after replacing the batteries • Complete the 4x4 service • Interior detailing I had an 8:30 AM appointment two days ago and dropped the vehicle off the night before. I received no updates all day the day of the appointment and had to call at 4:30 PM, only to be told their tech had just started looking at it and it would take another day. None of this was communicated proactively. What is the point of making an appointment? I was told the auto start light would “reprogram itself after a few drive cycles” and to come back in two weeks if it didn’t clear. I was also told the 4x4 service and detail were completed. Based on the condition of the vehicle at pickup (and photos taken immediately), the “detail” was nothing more than an exterior car wash. The interior was clearly untouched. Either the work wasn’t done, or I was misled—both are unacceptable. I paid $483 for services that were not fully completed and extremely poor communication throughout the process. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. **********UPDATE********** That 4x4 service I paid almost $500 was a joke. With the snow off of my driveway I noticed spots everywhere my kids Jeep has been parked. I took it to a different dealership (Markquart) and they told me the technician never tightened the drain caps completely as they were able to tighten them and the leaking stopped. To call yourself a professional organization and completely fail this badly is so upsetting that it’s almost comical. Thankfully a real company did the right work and my vehicle is safe! DO NOT GO TO ONE AUTOMOTIVE!!!!!”
