  Huge shoutout to ORR Auto Mall in Russellville, AR, and especially Mike Stringer. We were in a rough spot, needing a used car on a tight budget with barely anything for a down payment. We went to ORR because someone from church recommended it, and they didn’t disappoint. Mike told us he'd been selling cars for over 15 years and said we picked the right place. He told us a used car would be sold “as is” but, that it had a lifetime powertrain warranty, in case anything major happened. He found us something that fit our budget. and we drove away that afternoon happy. But then, not long after, the check engine light clicked on. Turned out there was a misfire from a bad engine block casting—something about overheating and blown head gaskets, major trouble. The manufacturer said it wasn’t covered since the car had too many miles, and we were looking at either a $9,000 fix minimum, or adding coolant every day until it died. We were already living tight, and could not miss work. We we terrified. Mike stepped up big time. He went to bat for us and got the whole engine replaced for free. Completely free. He even hooked us up with a nice loaner car for weeks while it was getting fixed. We didn’t pay a cent. When it was all done, I told him thanks, and he just said that he promised he wouldn’t leave us hanging and that ORR’s the kind of place that backs up what they say. Mike and ORR Auto Mall turned a bad situation into something amazing. If you need a car and want people who actually care, go see Mike Stringer at ORR. They won't let you down. Top notch people.

  Everyone was very helpful and encouraged me to try driving many different vehicles. When I was close to making a purchase they allowed me the time and space to evaluate the deal without any pressure. Closing the deal was easy and I was very happy with the finance offer. My salesman Daniel Watson, made me feel comfortable with my purchase and even gave me a follow up phone call the next day to see if any questions arose! Great experience all the way around!
