  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cody Crouch!!!!!! was amazing to work with! He was patient, helpful, and really listened to what I needed. He made sure I understood everything and went above and beyond to make the experience easy. I’m so happy with my purchase and would 100% recommend him to anyone.

  I had a wonderful experience at Orr Kia of Bossier. The staff was professional, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire process. Cody was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, doing as much as he could before I arrived that morning to expedite the process and make it as painless as possible. Wes also provided great assistance in explaining the finance portion of the sale. Audriana and Dekira went above and beyond in showing me how the vehicle worked and how to use all of its technology. Without a doubt, they are experts in this area and were kind and patient during the demonstrations. Overall, I had a great experience and am loving my new vernicle. Thank you!

  I had a great experience buying my new car at Orr Kia thanks to Cody! As a first-time buyer, I was nervous about the whole process, but he really took his time to help me understand everything and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He was patient, professional, and even kept me laughing with his jokes which made the experience so much less stressful. Overall, Cody was amazing and truly went above and beyond. I definitely recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a new car!

  Joesph Kellogg was an awesome salesman! We were in and out in no time! He let my mom take her time and look at 3 different vehicles and drive 2 of them- no rushing her through the process. The sale was honest and fair. Very nice young man! Joesph was insightful on his knowledge of each of the different vehicles she was interested in. He was very informative. Great experience for my mom. We have driven Kia vehicles since 2008 and still have the first one we bought. We know the product well it was nice to have a very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service driven salesman! Thank you Kia of Bossier and Joesph Kellogg! We appreciate you!
