  Salma was incredibly amazing! Ross (the manager) went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied. Woody also made our finance experience comfortable and he ensured we left with all our questions answered. I keep coming back to O’steen Volvo because I feel treated with respect, transparency, and honesty!!!

  we had a GMC Acadia in mind we found this perfect beauty at Volvo. We gave them a call. They called us immediately. Our sales rep was Jason and I couldn't tell you how amazing he was. The customer service from him was amazing. He was fast, honest, professional, and honestly, if it wasn't for Jason, we would not have purchased a vehicle from there. He pointed us into the perfect GMC Acadia that we have been looking for for a while.!! JASON IS AWESOME AND WE WILL BE DEALING WITH HIM IN THE FUTURE!!   I almost went with another make after owning and leasing Volvos for the past 30 years, , but Ross, the manager and leasing specialist, Selma, changed my mind through their AMAZING service and attention they gave me without being pushy. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen perfectly. I could not have asked for a better experience with my beautiful new Volvo.

  My first Volvo was from this dealership, many years ago…Salma Brooks was amazing in her professionalism from the first moment she helped us. I had a tricky situation and needed to quickly find a vehicle for our daughter that was priced well. Unlike the other dealerships, she sent a very detailed video of the car showing every imperfection, and what was replaced on the vehicle as well as everything she presented was highest professionalism. She was kind, helpful and we had to give her hugs when we finally got the car and financing worked out. We hope to work with Salma again for our next purchase. We are so happy an excited for the new vehicle!
