  I had a recall on an older vehicle that Albany area dealers were having a hard time getting settled. Otto in Greenwich found the part and completed the recall in a matter of days. The service, the people and the way they handled everything was well worth the drive.

  I bought my truck (2016 Ram 1500 V8) back in 2023. The purchasing process was very easy and I was able to leave the lot that day with a new truck. If I remember correctly the whole process took 3 hours or less. Since I’ve bought the truck, whenever I need to get it serviced I always come back to Otto of Greenwich because the staff is so welcoming and friendly. They will do anything to ensure that you are comfortable while you’re waiting for your vehicle. Paul Bull the service manager has been very helpful and understanding. Most auto shops will try to get you to spend your very last dollar to “fix” your vehicle. Here at Otto of Greenwich, Paul will work with you to actually fix your vehicle and not just take your money. For example two months ago I was getting a phantom squeal at low speeds as I was turning right, I came to the determination that the issue was stemming from the rear wheel bearings(very expensive). When it came time for my appointment, Paul told me that he was going to have the technicians look at it to figure out what they think is the problem because he could tell I wasn’t too sure that that it was the wheel bearings. In the end Paul came back to me and told me I just needed to replace the rear rotors, now although the rotors are expensive it wouldn’t have compared to the price of the bearings replacement. In the end, the phantom squeak was gone and I remained an extremely satisfied customer. I recommend Otto of Greenwich to everyone that needs repairs on their vehicle. The team in Greenwich is very welcoming and really will just treat you as family.

  Used them today for service to replace a faulty windshield wiper motor which was covered under warranty. I drove further than I had to for service as there’s a dealer in my town that I will no longer use for service. After they discovered what the issue was why my wipers just suddenly quit working they gave me 2 options the first being the part was 3-5 days out I could either leave my truck and they offered me a shuttle ride back home or bring it back, or the second option if I wanted to wait a couple additional hours they would pull one from one of they’re new vehicles on the lot and just replace it with the new one when it came in. Overall very happy with my experience and Shaun the service writer was most excellent so was everyone else!!! I will be returning there for all my service needs!! In fact I made an appointment for my wife’s jeep service next week !!! I highly recommend these guys for all your service needs 👌

  Greg was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that i got the vehicle that i wanted to purchase, he was great to work with, he answered any questions that i had honestly. Very satisfied with my car and with the customer service provided by Greg.

  My salesman Tim was great!! No pressure. My payment was spot on. Great customer service. He took his time and explained everything in detail. Would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle there. Love my new truck!! Great buying experience!!
