  First of all, I could not be happier with my overall experience. From the moment I reached out to the sales office and received my first message from Vicente, to receiving the keys after making the final purchase, my wife and I were impressed with the communication from the Professionalism of the sales staff and the leadership of the management team. There were at least 10 other potential vehicles from other dealerships that were available, but Ourisman Jeep Dodge Chrysler set the standard, as no other dealership responded so quickly to every question and made exploring the vehicle effortless. The first evening I drove up to see the eventual 2018 Ford F150, that we purchased, I was given the option of conveniently taking the truck home to show my wife and take it for an extended test drive. In that experience, there was one issue that we had with the transmission, which was not only repaired prior to the purchase, but it was resolved without impacting price. In fact, the manager took an additional discount of the final pricing, which only reinforced the dedication to the customer. We want to thank Kunta Mambouray, the manager, for his assistance with our purchase and gaining a lifetime customer!

  My wife and I, Marcus Curry, purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram from Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville. Two days after the purchase we noticed the heat didn't work. We talked to Lucy (our sales rep) and she said she would check to see where we could take the vehicle. No response after that. My wife and I went there and they told us someone would call us in an hour. No one ever called. 6 weeks after the purchase, my wife goes back to Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville. They tell her that it has been longer than 30 days so they can't help her. Even though we reached out to them at least 3 times before the 30 days expired. Why did someone there not even mention the warranty we purchased, they only cared about being past the 30 days. So we took the vehicle to Fitzgerald Of Hagerstown for a diagnosis. The def system is missing parts, there is a red line attached to the front driver side brake system that isn't grounded. Both calipers are frozen. Codes reading P0001 and P0111. INSPECTION FOUND DEF INJECTOR / SCR COMPONENT MISSING. This car hasn't even been driven 2000 miles since we purchased this vehicle. We bought it 8 weeks ago and it’s been in the shop for 3 weeks. No way this vehicle could have passed inspection. You could have had loyal customers that would buy all their vehicles from you, instead you scammed us!

  I had another outstanding experience with the service department at Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram today. I worked with Steven, who was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me make the best decisions for my vehicle. Rather than simply recommending every possible repair, he took the time to explain what needed attention now, what could reasonably wait, and how to prioritize future maintenance on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I also appreciate the technician's work. He quickly identified the problem, made the necessary repairs, and got my vehicle back on the road much faster than I expected. The entire experience was efficient, transparent, and stress-free. I especially appreciated Steven's honest advice and straightforward approach. It's refreshing to work with someone who is looking out for the customer's best interests and helping develop a practical plan for keeping an older vehicle in great shape. Steven earned my trust, and I will definitely be returning to Ourisman for future service and repairs. Highly recommended.

  I enjoyed working with Eric and Lauren to purchase my 2025 Grand Cherokee! Eric was patient and provided good information to help me choose my vehicle and Lauren was expeditious with the paperwork. I will definitely go back to Ourisman Jeep in Clarksville, MD for my next Jeep!

  I recently had an amazing experience at Ourisman in Clarksville, MD, and I had to share it. From the moment I walked in, everything felt easy, comfortable, and honestly way better than I expected from a car buying process. The craziest part was my sales rep’s name was Chase Miller… same as mine. That alone made it feel like it was meant to be, and it definitely helped break the ice right away. But beyond that, he was seriously great to work with. He wasn’t pushy at all, just genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and focused on making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He took the time to go over all my options, answered every question I had without rushing me, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and isn’t just trying to make a quick sale. That made a huge difference. The whole dealership had a great vibe too—everyone was friendly, professional, and respectful of my time. The process was smooth from start to finish, no stress, no games, just straightforward and honest. Overall, this was easily one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
