  Very disappointed with how shady this company has gotten. My family has bought a total of 4 cars from this lot and there will not be anymore. I was interested in the 2026 Hyundai Tucson, sticker priced at $37,455 but when I sat down to sign they had raised it to $39,955. They had stated there was an addendum sitting in the glove box where they had just added a bunch of upgrades and somebody just forgot to post it on the car. When I had explained that I wasn’t gonna pay $2500 more than the sticker price, the manager had come out to tell me that I just didn’t understand.. I highly recommend asking for out the door price before signing anything with this dealership and getting an itemized list of what they are charging.

  Grandparents bought a vehicle was charged 29.99% interest. Grandparents are bilingual and barely understand English. They were taken advantage of by an employee named Joseph. They wanted to return it days later after I reviewed contract, but was told “there is nothing we can do just take it”…. My Grandparents gave an employee the car keys but the dealer refused and left it on the ground. Contract says we have 60 days to get a “FULL REFUND”. We attempted to call the Manager but never got a word back. The car was only worth $23,000 but with interest the total is $61,000.

  I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and overall had a positive experience. The sales team was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The process was straightforward, and I felt like they worked with me to find something that fit my needs and budget. Customer service was responsive and professional. I would buy from them again.

  We had a great experience purchasing through Tim Warnke here at Oxendale. He was knowledgeable, professional, and not too pushy. When he was unsure of certain features, he was honest about it instead of just telling us what he thought we wanted to hear, that can be hard to find in a car salesman, and we appreciated that. Tim helped us get the deal we were looking for and was understanding about our goal. He even came to our house to pick up our trade since we didn't have it with us initially. Overall, one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had, and we've had many over the years. I highly recommend this dealership.

  I highly recommend this dealership in Flagstaff. Ritchie G was super helpful and followed up as requested. I didn’t feel “sold to” or overly communicated with. Ritchie listened to my needs and sought out the best solution. I am looking forward to continue working with them in the future.
