  Today I had Avisay ( mobile technician )come to our home to do a recall, he was on time, very polite, and made sure the work was done right. Great customer service all the way around. Great service offered by Palm Springs Motor. Thank you very much Avisay.

  Eric and Patty worked hard to get us the very best deal on a 2025 Lincoln Corsair.. Julian did his part with ensuring we had top of the line warranties in the final package. Joseph got us started withe the phone set up. Aaron in service stopped what he was doing to help us test the charging cord from our old car. such lovely people, with a customer first attitude. We are very pleased and will start here the next rime we are car shopping.

  Our Mazda CX 30 had a recall. My wife took it in and was told it would be a few hours. I was home with an illness, and she let the service manager know she had to wait. He showed her the waiting room and told her he would try to get her out of there soon. We had an appointment. He got it moved through in less than an hour and actually drove it over to the waiting room to her. I felt great that she was taken care of by him. I believe it was Wally. Thank God for him being such a great asset for you.
