“Purchased a new vehicle from Paramount after shopping virtually across the region for a specific trim for several weeks. We were able to agree to terms over the phone before we made the two hour drive to the dealership to finalize the sale. When we arrived, the car (and Jamie, our salesperson) was waiting for us, ready for a test drive. When we realized one of the agree-upon add-ons (an all-weather cargo mat) was not available, they credited us for the cost to purchase one ourselves. Plus, they gave us a fair price for a our trade in (~$1,000 less than Carvana, but we made most of that up in tax savings). We were in and out of the dealership in 3.5 hours (sounds like a lot, but really not bad for a test drive and all of the required paperwork). Jamie was easy to worth with, and agreeing to terms ahead of time saved us hours of back-and-forth (and headaches). No hard sales tactics for warranties and add-ons in the finance office. Overall, a pretty painless experience and we got the car we wanted.”
