  Purchased a new vehicle from Paramount after shopping virtually across the region for a specific trim for several weeks. We were able to agree to terms over the phone before we made the two hour drive to the dealership to finalize the sale. When we arrived, the car (and Jamie, our salesperson) was waiting for us, ready for a test drive. When we realized one of the agree-upon add-ons (an all-weather cargo mat) was not available, they credited us for the cost to purchase one ourselves. Plus, they gave us a fair price for a our trade in (~$1,000 less than Carvana, but we made most of that up in tax savings). We were in and out of the dealership in 3.5 hours (sounds like a lot, but really not bad for a test drive and all of the required paperwork). Jamie was easy to worth with, and agreeing to terms ahead of time saved us hours of back-and-forth (and headaches). No hard sales tactics for warranties and add-ons in the finance office. Overall, a pretty painless experience and we got the car we wanted.

  I had a great experience at the Hyundai dealership yesterday. Juan, my sales guy, was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured at all, and I really appreciated that he even pointed out flaws on vehicles so I could make the best decision. He also took the time to drive to a sister store with me so I could compare two Santa Fe colors side by side before deciding. Karrie in finance was equally wonderful. She explained everything clearly, went over all of my options patiently, and made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Everyone was professional, honest, and helpful. I absolutely love my slightly used Hyundai Santa Fe and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

  Samantha was wonderful to work with - no bs or sales pressure, just honest and friendly service! I actually live in Charlotte, about 90 minutes from Hickory and started my new auto search within 15-20 minutes from my home, but the Charlotte dealerships were over charging and loading new vehicles with (mandatory) packages/add-on accessories that I did not want. So, I broadened my search and ended up driving 3 hrs round trip to get my new Hyundai from Samantha at Paramount. I alreday knew exactrlky what I wanted and she told me the vehicle would be available by 3/8 and gave me a weekly update. She is a class act and the office staff was great to work with, no high stress sales tactics, just pure honest to goodness servicing! I highly recommend Samantha and Paramount!

  Samantha was amazing to work with. What made it even better was that the customer service was fantastic considering I was buying a car from out of state (Texas). Also, thanks to Karrie who did all the paperwork behind the scenes. I had initially met over the phone with Karl but Samantha did the majority of the transaction with me. The people at Paramount Hyundai Hickory were very transparent with the entire deal. Communication was also very good and Samantha was there even after all the paperwork was finished and kept me updated until the moment the car was loaded onto the truck for delivery to me.

  I went in for an oil change yesterday. I was told I have 1 more free oil change the last time I got the oil changed. I told the man who checked me in that my car have 38000 miles . While I was waiting in the waiting area . Another guy came over to tell my that I need an alignment . He show me 2 of the cabin filters that was dirty that need to be replace. I ask him how much is the alignment cost . He said $120 . I said , ok I'll do the alignment. I also ask how much does the cabin filter cost ? Which I pointed to the more dirty one . He said, $60 . I said ok to replace 1 of the cabin filter. I waited 2 hours . The big lady gave me the bill . It show the bill of $337.79 . I ask the big lady why it is so much. She gave me an attitude. Showing that she doesn't like me asking questions. That's because I told her that the guy told me the alignment is $120 and the cabin filter is $60 . And the oil change it should be my last free oil change . Then big lady said I could change the alignment to $120 and the cabin filter to $60 . But the oil change is not free . She said the oil change would be free if the car has 36000 mile on it . And she said that the guy who checked me in have told me that my oil change is not free. The big lady lied . Because if that guy told me that my oil change is not free. I would ask how much does oil change cost. I ended up paying $329.47.
