  Let me start by saying that here are 2 things I truly hate . Going to the dentist and trading/ buying a car. From the minute Doug approached me on the car lot he was easy going and understanding of my situation and needs . He worked with me to get the most for my trade. Finance man was awesome as well!! These guys are all great ! Go check them out!!

  Mike Tice is wonderful at this place ! I got a car with them through Carfax. The process was smooth and everything was understood. After stressing about other salesmen Mike came along and took it all away! ❤️🙏

  I found the truck online and talked to one of their salesman to find out a little more about the truck. Went the next day to take a look and test drove it and came back and the next thing you know I was signing all the paperwork. Their staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make the truck mine. Everything went smoothly and couldn't have asked for a better experience! So if you are in need of a good vehicle you should check them out and maybe they can put you in the ride of your dreams.....

  I came in wanting to trade my 2019 hyundai santa fe and Tammy was the one who made it happen! She made the whole entire process so easy and communicated to me everyday til the deal was made and done. She done an amazomg job. Shes so nice and will definitely answer any question you have. If i decide to trade my car in again later down the road i will definitely go see Tammy again! I love my new 2023 hyundai santa fe! Thank you guys so much for .aking it happen.

  I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! I have done lots of shopping for a vehicle and saw dozens of dealerships I would not consider using. From the moment I called and spoke with Cole, I knew that this dealership was for me. Cole made every effort to answer my questions quickly and accurately and he represented the vehicle honestly and accurately, when I arrived at the dealership to see the vehicle, It was exactly as he described and he was available to assist me throughout the entire transaction. There are so many dealerships out there that just don't know how to treat a customer and Paramount Hyundai of Valdese has really impressed me. The other employees at this establishment were really professional and it was a pleasure being surrounded by good people. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I would definitely suggest shopping for the dealer first and this place has done an outstanding job with my purchase experience!
