  The salesman I worked with, Trey was very helpful and laid-back, and not pushy at all. He was very patient with me because it took me over a month to make up my mind for sure what I wanted to purchase and he helped me every step of the way. Everyone there was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. I did have an issue the day after I purchased my used vehicle, but they took care of my Issue very promptly and in the best way possible. I am very satisfied with the choice that I made, and I was very satisfied with the service that I received.

  Jatin Patel is a wonderful sales person. He was patient with my emails the day prior to my visit. He greeted me upon my arrival and had the car ready for me to test drive. He spent time explaining all key aspects of the vehicle. No high pressure sales approach and that is greatly appreciated. He and the rest of the team were all remarkable. I highly recommend them!

  Michael is phenomenal! From the moment we walked through the door, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly accommodating. He made us feel comfortable right away and set the tone for a smooth and positive experience. A special thank you to Moses and Anita for their outstanding customer service and knowledge in helping us through the purchase. They were patient, informative, and made sure we felt confident in our decision every step of the way. We also truly appreciate Aaron and Andre for being so accommodating during our visit, and Krisha for the thoughtful follow-up call — that level of care does not go unnoticed. Finance Manager Jordan was exceptional as well. He walked us through every detail clearly, answered all of our questions, and ensured we understood everything before signing. His professionalism and transparency made the process stress-free. The entire team at Paramount Kia on Brevard Road is absolutely amazing.   Jatin was my sales person, and he was probably the best salesman Ive ever dealt with. I dread the car buying process. Jatin made it simple. I came in with a specific car in mind, and he didnt play any games with me. He was funny and engaging but also efficient and knowledgeable. I walked into the dealership at 10:15am on a Saturday and walked out with my new car by 1pm.

  I was hesitant at first when going back to this dealer after my four year lease, but it was clearly a needless worry on my part. Though I don't recall my maintenance lady's name she did wonderful in getting me checked in and apprised me of everything concerning the maintenance of my 2023 Sportage. I had only come for the maintenance and to get some information and talk. Then, seeing as I might be interested in trading it in since my lease was up in a scant few months, Micheal and Aaron did not only make sure to soothe any woes I had on my part, but also worked everything they could to get me a deal that felt both appropriate and like I was a valued customer. I feel as if I made a new good friend in Micheal, Aaron made me feel heard and valued, Mike was patient and helpful and showed me every car and helped with every small detail and issue I had. Aaron worked his magic to get me some numbers I felt comfortable with. When the car I'd chosen wound up not having the navigation feature I wanted, Mike made sure to work to find one that gave me everything I needed, and Aaron still made sure to get me a deal that was too good to pass up. The personal care is what mattered to me more than getting the new vehicle, and I feel more dealerships could emulate this culture. I will be returning to Kia when its time to get something new... As long as you guys keep giving me a good deal, haha. Thank you for the positive buying experience.
