  Excellent experience working with Gates on my purchase of a new VW Taos. As I live 2.5 hours away, most of my interactions/questions and negotiations were completed via email and text messages, and since I test drove the car I was looking at elsewhere, when we got to the dealership about an hour before closing on a Friday afternoon, we were able to complete all the paperwork and make the purchase yet that day, Gates stayed just a little late to help make sure I was familiar with all of the car's features before we left, and I am very happy with the purchase. Better pricing than I was getting quoted elsewhere and also ended up with a better warranty! I was also able to get the low price offer before driving up and then there was no attempt to change it or inflate it up on arrival. Honestly, it was even a pleasure working with Cole in Finance, who was helpful and not pushy with respect to options I wasn't interested in. All around great experience.

  Purchased a new 26' Atlas Cross Sport and had issues since the purchase. Every issue is with the online app, which they admitted was a known issue. Had it been disclosed before purchase, we wouldn't have went this route. Now we have been to the dealership 3 additional times since purchase, because they said they diagnosed and escalated the situation, only sent away without resolution. Service department has been atrocious since purchase, and once we have resolution, we will never be back. Telling us it will be "a minute" and left me unattended for 2 and 3 hours. They give zero care after the sale, please be aware. They have no respect for personal time, only lie after lie.

  We are extremely pleased with car buying experience provided by the salesman, Britt, at Foreign Cars Europa. Britt went above and beyond to meet our standards and make our experience at Paramount better than the other dealerships in the area. The communication was clear and precise.
