  Our experience at Parks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Gastonia was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we walked through the doors at 2339 E. Franklin Blvd., Gastonia, NC, we were treated like family. We recently purchased a brand-new Jeep, and we could not be happier with the exceptional service we received from Jalel Fykes and General Sales Manager Will Thevaos. Their professionalism, honesty, patience, and genuine care made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and exciting.   The staff here were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. I worked with Jalel on my deal. My experience started online and transitioned to an in-person visit the same day. He communicated well and met all my expectations. The finance office process was seamless, and they worked with me on all the requirements and needs I had. The entire process took a few hours, which is expected, and the Jeep was delivered clean and ready to go. I also appreciated their virtual delivery process—a website specific to my model that walked through all the features and how to use them. This cut down on the time needed at the dealership, although they offered an in-person walkthrough as well. I liked being able to go through everything at my own pace, and I can revisit it anytime for a refresher. I know everyone’s experience can be different, but mine was a very positive one, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram. I plan to use their service department and will review that later after a few visits.

  I had a great experience with the service department at Chrysler while getting repairs done on my Chrysler Pacifica. The entire process was smooth, professional, and much less stressful than I expected. Communication was clear throughout the repair, and the team made sure I was kept updated every step of the way. Huge shoutout to Van, my service advisor, for going above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. Van made the experience easy and made me feel confident my vehicle was in good hands. Highly recommend this service department if you want quality work and excellent customer care!

  Josh R., Eric, and the team are absolutely amazing. These guys are thorough, professional, and true definition of southern hospitality. They communicate well. Everyone in the service front office was kind and they work as a team. I feel like they are trustworthy group. 10/10 would recommend. Prices were better than most of the local competitors.

  We had the pleasure working with Brandon for my new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee! We inquired about a car on the lot we were interested in, he had it ready to go when we arrived. We chatted a little, took a test drive to double check, then signed the papers! In and out under 2 hours, and it was painless. Huge thanks to Brandon and others at Parks in Gastonia.
