  5 stars I just purchased a brand new 2026 Kia K4 Hatchback from Peltier Kia in Longview, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jeffery Chevalier. From the very first conversation, Jeff stood out with his amazing personality, quick sense of humor, and genuine professionalism. He made the entire car-buying process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable — something I didn’t expect when buying a new vehicle. Jeff was courteous, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He answered every question with honesty and never once made me feel pressured. It’s rare to find a salesperson who is this personable and professional at the same time. Jeff made me feel like a valued customer, not just another sale.   Would highly recommend this dealership. Just bought two Kia sportage here, after leaving another Kia dealership in Texarkana due to being treated poorly. I felt I was heard, they found both cars I wanted, no questions asked and delivered one car to my home 1 hour and a half away. Would definitely recommend!

  This dealership has exceeded my expectations. My salesman, Cobe, was personable and made the process very easy. I definitely recommend looking for him and the financial manager Breylon was easy going and explained everything I had questions about on my financial paperwork. 5/5 stars, If I needed to buy another car I’d for sure come back.

  They Have NO Idea How Thankful I Am For Robert And The Team For Helping Me Get Into My Very First Vehicle Over The Weekend. I Traveled 7hrs From Where I Live. I Can’t Put All In Words Why Because What Was Only Supposed To Be A Quick Look Around At Cars Turned Into A HUGE Blessing They Took A Chance On Me And My Little Family To Get Us Rolling With New Wheels In The SAME DAY. Which Was A HUGE Blessing For Us As Well Tried Locally Running The Credit We Were Establishing Lower. But I’m So Beyond Thankful They HELPED Us Like REALLY. They Have No Idea They’re Gifts In Helping Us Customers I Can’t Wait To Tag In Friends And Family And Definitely Cant Wait To Be Able To Go Back No Matter The 7hrs WHY Because They’re Worth It And It Was Worth It As My Fiancé Worked In The Refinery In Tatum. Can’t Wait To Restock On Fund So We Can Get Into A Secondary Vehicle For My Fiancé. Seriously Can’t Wait And Really Beyond THANKFUL And Appreciative. Thank You Kia In Longview. Yall Are Heaven Sent

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Night and Day Difference! Peltier Kia saved the day! After a nightmare experience dealing with Orr Kia in Bossier, coming to Peltier Kia in Longview was an absolute breath of fresh air. While the other dealership (Orr Kia - Bossier) gave us nothing but runarounds and roadblocks, the team at Peltier took on our car without hesitation. Within just 2-3 days, they had our repair work completely approved by Kia. The entire repair took only 10 days from start to finish! The customer service here is unmatched. Everyone we interacted with was great, but Jessica and Cody deserve a special shoutout. Jessica was incredible with communication—anytime she promised to call us with an update, she did exactly what she said she would.
