  Our salesman, James, was absolutely fantastic. Who hasn't had a bad experience at a car dealership? I sure have had my share. Not this time. From the initial greeting to driving away in my new truck, James was kind, helpful, professional, and never pushy. He answered questions promptly, kept me informed throughout the process, and did exactly what he said he would do. I flew from Washington to Boise to purchase a new 2026 Silverado 2500HD ZR2, so I had done a tremendous amount of research beforehand and arrived with plenty of questions. James was patient, straightforward, and made the entire experience easy. Most importantly, there were no surprises. The truck was exactly as represented, the numbers matched what had been discussed, and the buying process was smooth from start to finish. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and it's refreshing to work with someone who values honesty and customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend James and Peterson Chevrolet to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you for making this one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had.

  Had a fantastic experience with Peterson Chevrolet! Drove through the lot in the beginning of our car search, got James LA's phone number and ended up needing him to help more. He drove the car by my place of business because I was tied up. They didn't budge very much on the windows sticker because it was already a better price purposely then the competing inventory. We were pretty comfortable in their store because it wasn't so bright. They made the process easy & helped us make the right decision. James LA was great and comfortable. The finance manager was also a good guy & didnt play the f&I games that they so love to play. Even if he would have tried, I know all their moves. I was impressed with this place, would recommend & would return for sure.

  Best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Purchased a used Subaru from them. I was in and out in two hours. My car was absolutely beautiful! The detailing was amazing. I didn’t feel pressured and I left feeling like I got a good deal on my car. Would definitely recommend Peterson’s to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

  A huge thank you to Adam at Peterson Chevrolet for the outstanding customer service throughout the repair of my Blazer. He kept us informed, worked diligently with our warranty company, answered our questions with patience, and always treated us with kindness and respect. Even through a complicated repair process, Adam remained professional and genuinely cared about helping us. We truly appreciate everything he did and are grateful for the excellent service.   Car shopping is usually stressful for me and I couldn’t find anything in my price range. I was honestly feeling defeated until I met Stevie. She went above and beyond, spending so much time helping me search and sending me cars that actually fit my budget. She never made me feel rushed or pressured. She even reached out to James to help find something that worked for me. Together, they found the perfect car — and Stevie actually knew it was “my car” before I did lol…. She knew it was perfect and it was!!! It had everything I wanted and more, all within my budget. Because of Stevie’s dedication and James closing the deal, I walked out with my dream car. I’m super thankful for how smooth, supportive, and caring the whole experience was. If you’re looking for a car, check them out. Best experience ever.
