  Chance Meyer was spectacular. He really listened to what I was looking for in a used car and within hours found a perfect fit I test drove it and bought it that afternoon! The whole Phil Long team was great and helped me get in and out quickly.. love my vehicle and love Phil Long!

  Had service appt at 0800 on 24 Jun 26, 90,000 service (Bailey Service Advisor) and had CEL P2002 .Requested forced regen on 21 Ford F350 to clear DTC P2002, I was told that it was a complete DPF change without completing what I had requested and had this experienced with clearing P2002 with forced regen taking care of the issue. Quoted $7000 dollar DPF part plus labor cost, because my extended warranty didn’t cover, even though there have been historic problems with DPF. Now let’s focus on the 90,000 service, had grease and hand prints all over both fenders after I had freshly waxed the truck before I brought it in, have we heard of fender covers to eliminate grease and scratches from leaning over to accommodate service, I’m I really having to explain this to a supposedly professional repair facility. Tire rotation was a complete disaster, recommended tire pressure for my F350 is 60 psi in the front and 80 psi in the rear, well when you rotate the tires they need to be adjusted to appropriate location, all they did was do the tire swap and negated adjustment. Had a TPSM alert on dash board. DEF refill was a mess with it getting everywhere but in the filler neck. Needless to say experience was less than satisfactory. I have been doing business with Phil Long for at less a decade, bought “this” truck from Truck world in ‘23 and two other trucks. This type of service is unacceptable and frankly amateur business conduct. Attached are photos of fender and DEF mess, should have taken a photo of TPMS dashboard image. This disaster cost me $295 dollars. P.S. My recommendation for Phil Long may been dramatically decreased. Jeffrey Wood, MSgt, USAF, RET

  The bar has been raised! The experience I had this week was like nothing I’ve experienced before. My saleswoman Ellie R. was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We test drove several vehicles and she took the time to allow me to discuss my wants and never once pressured me into a decision. The finance manager Adrian E. was super informative and an awesome guy. Walking in with a 850 credit score, he beat the best rate available through a Federal credit union in DC that I’ve used exclusively for the last 15 years with a local Colorado credit union. Unbelievable!! This dealership is absolute powerhouse and I can see why Ford Motor Co ranks them so highly. There is no doubts about it, I will be back to buy another vehicle from them. This experience made me a life long customer.

  Uli was absolutely fantastic. When we got there he had already greeted us before we had to chance to even walk in the door. We got straight to the point. He got me a deal and got me what I needed to get out of the door. He was nothing but nice. Great customer service. We agreed on a deal and moved to the financing Adrian did a great job at explaining what I was signing as well as making me very happy to be buying a car today. I also had gotten rims and tires with my deal. I was working on a very short time line and Gabe in accessories was amazing. He said he get it done and he did. It was even better than I had expected. Overall a great experience.
