I recently purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 HD AT4 from Phillips Buick GMC site unseen, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I drove over 2.5 hours to get there after negotiating the out-the-door price for about 1.5 weeks, and the team was excellent the whole way through. I first worked with Theresa Atanasio (Internet Sales Manager), who was incredibly prompt, professional, and easy to communicate with. Then I worked with Gilbert Niblack, who was also fantastic. What really impressed me was that the team didn’t even know I had a trade-in until I arrived on-site and they still offered me more than CarMax and Carvana. On top of that, the finance manager was amazing and was able to beat the interest rate I was already pre-approved for. This was hands down the best sales team I’ve ever worked with when buying a vehicle. They actually listen, they’re not pushy, and they truly respect your time. A+++++ experience. Highly recommend Phillips Buick GMC!

This dealership is more about making money than taking care of customers. They already made money and could have made a bit more or at least not lost money to satisfy their customers, but they chose greed over customer satisfaction. We also had questions for the service department, and he was very short with us. I would not even think about taking any vehicle there to be serviced. We ended up going to Sam Boswell Buick and they were much more customer oriented! We ended up giving Sam Boswell our business and highly recommend them over Phillips, plus they have better prices to boot! We REGRET going to Phillips and will not be going back or referring anyone to them. The only pleasant experience was with the finance guy. But the finance guy at Sam Boswell was even better, customers are his priority! Also the service department is hands down better also!

Update I Reached out to the GM and we talked about the situation and have come to an arrangement. I have been a customer at this dealership since 2010 and I am hoping to keep this relationship moving forward. Thank you so much for working with us. I know it’s not easy working with a used cars. I hate leaving a negative review because we have been loyal customers for years. We purchased a Jeep from Phillips and were specifically told the vehicle had a “new engine.” After experiencing major issues, we later learned that what was actually replaced was the engine block, while many of the original engine components were transferred over. Recently, we were faced with a repair bill of nearly $3,000 for injectors, sensors, and other engine-related issues after purchase. I chose to not purchase the extended warranty because it was nearly $4000 added to my loan AND I was under the impression it had a “new engine”.. My biggest frustration is not just the repair itself, but the fact that when I reached out to Daniel looking for some goodwill assistance, none was offered. Instead I was met with what our trade-in cost them to fix. There were no issues with our trade-in that I was ever aware of. Or do I find that this is the basis of why they shouldn’t help us. I only asked for some help towards it not the total amount. We have purchased vehicles here, maintain our vehicles through their service department, purchased an extended warranty on my Acadia, and have tried to build a long-term relationship with this dealership. Instead of discussing any possible help, the focus was placed on additional repairs the vehicle had already received. I understand vehicles can have problems, especially used vehicles. What disappointed me was the lack of customer support and willingness to work with a loyal customer when a significant issue arose. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to reconsider where I’ll be purchasing and servicing vehicles in the future.

Daniel is so professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. We were only going to buy one vehicle, but because of his sincerity and integrity, we bought 2 vehicles in 2 days. We were so impressed with EVERY person we met and dealt with at Phillips Buick. We feel we have made trusted friends there. Thank you for an exceptional buying experience.
