  Loving the new Jeep Cherokee! Sales personnel were courteous and respectful of my requests. The whole process was the smoothiest that I have ever experienced. Thanks for the lunch while we waited. Now to see if the service needs are followed as as well.

  I needed a 2nd vehicle to use just for going to work and running errands, and Pine Belt CDJR didn't disappoint. After I expressed an interest thru an online platform, Brittney gave me a call and got the ball rolling. She hooked me up with my wonderful salesman, Shemar, and he advocated for me to get the vehicle at a price that was satisfactory for my budget when the trade-in idea fell through. Very stress-free, smooth transaction. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the whole purchasing experience!!

  This review is to document the most unacceptable dealership service experience I’ve ever had. In regards to a electrical wiring harness and air suspension hose that was chewed up by a squirrel, Pine Belt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Service Manager Colby Williamson, explicitly told me that they do not perform repairs on this type of damage and that they only do full replacements. Based on that clear representation, I authorized the work and trusted that it would be handled correctly and professionally. That is not what happened. When I was notified that the vehicle was “finished” and ready for pickup, I was also specifically told by the Service Manager Colby Williamson that the work met OEM standards. Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle, I opened the hood and visibly observed, with no technical expertise required: 1. Spliced wiring where replacement was promised. 2. Exposed and unsecured electrical wiring. 3. Chew marks and damage that was still visible and not repaired OR replaced. 4. Work that was clearly patched together like a shade tree mechanic job. This was immediately apparent simply by looking at it. No tools, no diagnostics, no mechanical background required. Despite this, the dealership represented this work as complete, acceptable, and OEM-quality. I am attaching photos of the Dealership’s “OEM standard” work so anyone reading this can judge for themselves whether exposed, spliced wiring constitutes OEM standards from a franchised Jeep dealership. Returning a vehicle in this condition and standing behind it as acceptable OEM standard work is deeply concerning. It demonstrates a serious lack of transparency and raises questions about what this service department considers “OEM standard.” I strongly advise anyone considering service here to choose ANYWHERE else besides this Dealership. I would not trust this Dealership’s Service Department again or their Service Manager Colby Williamson, and I would not recommend them to anyone who expects honesty,

  Kandice is truly amazing! If you’re in the market for a vehicle, she’s the one you want by your side.
