  Recently bought a used Jeep Gladiator through Pinegar Chevrolet and they were fantastic to deal with. Being one of the many victim of the recent hail damage, they worked tirelessly to meet me in the middle of negotiating a fantastic price. Terry was absolutely the best dealer I have dealt with through a car buying process. Knowledgeable, personal, respectful, and just a straight shooter who isn’t out to take advantage of a customer. The entire staff was accompanying through the whole process providing drinks and even an ice cream truck to help entertain my kids. Added bonus is that they’re not overly pushy like other local dealerships! John Little, the financier was extremely easy to work with and hilarious. Although we had pre-approval from our bank he was able to match the rate while also including additional coverage while streamlining the paperwork process. 10/10 will absolutely buy from this team again!

  We had a very smooth purchase process involving Don as our salesman. He was quick to respond to questions. He made certain everything was in order before we arrived at the dealership. And the actual vehicle pick up/paperwork process was fast and painless. We appreciate his professionalism.

  Bought a vehicle there. I noticed a dent when I got home. I called to notify them and asked if they would make it right and fix it. (They admitted knowing about the dent because when I called the saleman told me another person notified him of it and they chose not to disclose it to me.) Then said vehicle was sold “as is” and said they can get it fixed but their cost would be my cost. In addition, to all of this. The salesman said he would get the vehicle cleaned up while I signed paperwork. It was filthy they didn’t do anything to it. There was a jelly packet noticeably just sitting on the floor. He offered to let them “try again” and made excuses for them telling me that they do not get paid well in detail. Salesman name was Terry. I will never consider them in the future and I would advise people to look elsewhere.

  We recently bought a new vehicle at Pinnegar and dealt with Chris whom we had previously worked with. As before this experience was terrific! He is professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend him for anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle.

  Ron at Pinegar was absolutely fantastic, he was patient and eager to assist us in the process completely. Making sure that not only was the vehicle type and size was correct, but that it was within our pricing budget as well. Ron has earned himself a new customer for future endeavors.
