  We had such a fantastic experience at Platte Valley Auto. Our car was totaled and we were in a need of a vehicle very quickly. In less than 24 hours from our first contact with the dealership, we were driving away with our new vehicle - and we live 5 hours away! Blake was super great through the whole process and went above and beyond to accommodate us! They have very fair pricing on both their vehicles and warranties. We greatly appreciated having such a simple & quick process. We absolutely recommend and will be looking at their availability first when we are in need of a vehicle again.

  We recently traded vehicles and had an excellent experience! Brenden, our salesperson, was fantastic—personal, convenient to work with, and never pushy. When we needed some service work done later, the team continued to impress us with top-quality care and reliable communication. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the entire experience. If you’re looking for a vehicle, Brenden is definitely the one to ask for!

  Working with Platte Valley Auto Mall was by far the best dealership interaction I’ve ever had. I drove a long way to pick up an E-Series van. It’s always risky driving far to pick up a vehicle sight-unseen, but Brendan answered all my questions and sent videos of everything requested. The van was exactly as described, priced fairly, serviced and road ready upon my arrival. Manny had the paperwork ready to go and the title transfer was seamless. Everyone was courteous and professional. My buddies are already asking where they can get a van, and I’m sending them to Platte Valley. Thanks again!

  Where to start… Lexington- I bought two vehicles here at separate times. My first experience was great. This last purchase has been awful. In buying my new Jeep, I and the salesman had a deal that I would purchase the vehicle that day with the agreement he would order a doughnut tire for the vehicle, because I was not okay with the goop kit they provide in new jeeps. He agreed and the purchase was made. After weeks of conversation this never happens and it was a false promise. Then… here comes the next unprofessional service. I am driving back to Lexington from Omaha and my car engine light goes on, it goes into limp mode, and states service transmission. I was luckily to be able to limp it into PV. I went into service dept and introduce myself and explained the situation to Dave and his response was “ well I am not getting it in today”. Mind you, I never mentioned, hinted, expected, or asked about that day service. I acknowledge him with an “okay” and with all my different services there I knew I had an option of a loaner car, which is a wonderful perk and I am very grateful for that, especially living an hour away. Before I left Dave finally asked my name and phone number and said he’d be in touch. After arriving on June 24 on July 31 my vehicle was finally done I arrived and Dave gave me my keys. I asked if I needed to do anything or sign anything and he said “no”. I thanked him and left. Oh here is the not so good part… I went to get into start my Jeep and my driver’s side front tire had a red alert of pressure of 24. This was not addressed. I would think if your a service dept, you would address this but what do I know 🤦🏻‍♀️. I rolled my eyes and decided it must be a slow leak and went and filled it with air to deal with later and headed into work. 6 hours later when I left work for the day. My fuel was 1/4 of a tank, so I headed to the gas station, as I am fueling, I notice little dings on the hood and glance at the roof and it’s definitely hail damage. We

  So thankful for the staff at Platte Valley Auto Mart Ford. Amazing experience we highly recommend them. They truly went above and beyond to get us the help we needed after needing service. A huge huge thank you to the service team and everyone else we wouldn’t had any help or resolution with out them. We don’t have enough words for the kindness of the team and their expertise.
