From the moment I arrived, the valet service was absolutely exceptional 🙌🏻professional, efficient, and very welcoming. My service advisor, Rachel, was outstanding. She kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. And let’s talk about the car wash big thanks to stephanie she was able to bring my car to life wow! When my Tucson was returned to my front steps, it looked brand new. What I expected to be a quick wash honestly looked like a full detail. Thank you, Plaza, for making this experience fast, secure, and top-notch.

a month agoJemar and Wilson were AWESOME!!! They were super patient and helpful. I went to multiple dealers and all of them charged me fees and made it difficult to buy the car. They truly show they care and its not about money. Great experience.

He spent several hours with us and handled everything from start to finish with great care and attention to detail. He explained every step clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we fully understood all the terms and options. He carefully reviewed our insurance, confirmed that everything was set up correctly, and even helped us secure a better insurance rate. 2 months agoMy experience today was phenomenal. Omar Jelani sales & rep at Toyota plaza mall was fantastic with his customer service. He explained the car features, went above and beyond in getting me the best deal, was receptive to my wants, walked me through what needed to be done with after car purchase, and was overall patient and pleasant to interact with. I would recommend working with him any day! Thank Omar for a wonderful service!

5 months agoAlexander P, Marvin, Mannie and Jamehl helped me into my new car, and made me feel at ease through out the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I really thank God I walked I to Hyundai today. If you are looking for a new or pre owned car head over to them ASAP. Thanks guys I definitely will be back for my next vehicle 😀
