  EXCEPTIONAL service! My first visit with my first Porsche having my first service. I’ll start by saying how easy it was to schedule my appointment. The call went straight to my service advisor, Jose, who could not have been more accommodating. The appointment was made with MY convenience in mind. When I arrived, Jose immediately met me and let me know what to expect during my visit. Since it was my first time to this gorgeous facility, Olga, one of the other service advisors, gave me a detailed tour. I’m not sure what I expected, but I definitely didn’t expect perfection in each and every area. I mean, how often does that really happen? Everything from the furniture to the lovely coffee bar was placed with the needs of the client in mind. While waiting I received a video text from James, my service technician, going over his findings in real time. My Macan received an A+ but of course I expected nothing less. My time there was less than 2 hours and it went by so fast. Most of that time was spent admiring the incredible inventory of cars inside each area of the building. Also during my wait, I was given updates and offered everything from water to snacks, to a freshly made latte. Once the service was complete, Jose asked if I would like my car washed and cleaned. Yes! Please and thank you! Just one more appreciated offer to end my visit! My experience honestly could not have been any better! Thank you to Jose, Olga and James for taking such great pride in their treatment of me and my new Macan!

  EDIT*** Even after posting this review I still haven't received a call. Ridiculous! Changed from two stars to a one star would leave zero if i could. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after more than two months of waiting, I feel compelled to share my experience. I purchased a 2023 BMW M3 Competition xDrive from this dealership on 4/15/26, and as of 6/3/26, the vehicle still has not been titled and registered in North Carolina. Last week, the title clerk informed me that the title had finally been released and that she expected to have it this week. However, the vehicle still has not been registered, and despite leaving her a voicemail last Thursday, I have yet to receive a return call. What frustrates me most is the lack of communication. At no point was I proactively informed of any delays. Every update I have received has been because I called and followed up myself. Had I not stayed on top of the situation, I genuinely don’t know if I would have received any updates at all. To make matters worse, I received a letter from the North Carolina DMV stating that my license plate could be revoked due to an insurance issue related to transferring my plate from my previous x5 to my M3 while the registration process remains incomplete. I understand that delays can happen. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication and the fact that a customer has to repeatedly chase answers nearly two months after purchasing a vehicle. I have already made the first payment on the m3 and it’s still not even titled and registered in NC. Apart from this review I would like to say that Joe and Nate were great and made the process fast and easy.

  I had an awesome experience purchasing my new-to-me Porsche 911. This has been my dream car since Junior High School. My salesperson Tanner Nicholson was very professional, patient, answered all my questions and ensured a seamless purchase. The service manager Mr. Pellett and the GM Mr. Romano treated me like a VIP all the way through and ensured everything was perfect. Highly recommend Porsche of Charlotte Northlake! Will definitely purchase my next car from them again!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What started as a stressful situation turned into one of the best dealership experiences we’ve ever had. My wife and I are currently camping on a piece of land we recently purchased, and while setting up camp she plugged a power inverter into the rear 12V outlet of our Cayenne Turbo. Unfortunately, it blew the fuse, leaving all five 12V outlets in the vehicle inoperative. We drove to Porsche Charlotte Northlake without an appointment, hoping they could help. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff immediately made us feel at home, offering us beverages while they quickly got our Cayenne into the shop. Not only did they diagnose and repair the issue promptly, but they also performed a complimentary multi-point inspection, washed the vehicle, and had us back on the road in what felt like record time. Their efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly impressive. The dealership itself is absolutely state-of-the-art—modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Whether you want to relax, catch up on work, enjoy a coffee, or browse the incredible selection while dreaming about your next Porsche, it’s an outstanding place to spend your time. Exceptional customer service like this is becoming harder to find, and the entire team at Porsche Charlotte Northlake exceeded every expectation.
